I loved that Subway had the gluten free bread, however, they only come in 6 inch and sometimes I like to have a foot long. So the other day I went and I thought... Well they always have the barcode deals they give so I though maybe I can use the deal of the foot long and have two 6 inches on gluten free bread. When I arrived there I mention to the server that I would make them a foot long deal but because gluten only comes as 6 inches I needed two. She said it was ok so we proceeded with the order. Everything was ok until it came the time to pay and apply the discount, that's where everything went down. The discount was not able to be applied because, as she said to me, the bread is gluten and has to be mark as 6 inch. In any part of their deals said anything regarding the type of bread been excluded. So I had to pay for two 6 inch sandwiches that are the same but are not offered as foot long. I NEVER FELT more DISCRIMINATED than today as I had to go through this. I felt punished because I have a serious dietary restriction.

If I could give zero stars I would, but it won’t let me disgusting rude customer service The owner of the subway tried to charge me for ice and was trying to make me buy A cup to just put ice and I’m not allowed to put a drink or soda he was very cheap when putting
The meat and burnt the bread overall, the worst subway, I have been to in ages

Worst experience I have ever had at a subway..
The guy working at the time was soo arrogant and disrespectful!
I agree the Gug has to close but a bit of respect goes a long way..
We wanted to use a promo from the app but didn't knew that it could only be used when placing online order and this thing could be explained by the stuff calmly and respectfully!
"It is only for online orders!!" Like we are some beggers.
I know my review won't make a lot of difference but even if one person doesn't go here after reading this ... That would be enough

I can definitely say that this store has the best employees, a few days ago, I went over there for Sub, one of their employees, wasn't sure the name mightt be 'Divyansh'. Actually I'm Pure veg swaminarayan, I don't eat eggs and onions as well so I asked the guy to suggest me and give me sauces which don't contain eggs and he made a sub with that eggless sauce and I have to say that I ate the best sub ever. He made a spicy sub with minimum sauces options available which I like the most.

I would recommend it to people who don't eat eggs, they should visit this store

The short Indian server( sorry if this is rude but I don't know the name, not trying to demean anyone) did not know how to talk with customers. When I asked him about eggless options he was so rude and arrogant in replying it. It happened for the 2 time and raised the issue this time. He was showing tantrums when being asked questions. Would request Mr. Sachin, the owner to teach your staff how to behave else you are losing customers. Hope you take actions quickly.

I was travelling back my 3 hours journey from airport and decided to stop by to get my veggie patty and it was an amazing experience; service was top notch and Yash was working as an employee he was the kindest human being offered me a cookie too ;)

The new store looks nice, but the service still needs improvement. They advertise hot soup available for lunch, when I ordered I was told no, they don't carry it- and then told I'd have to wait. After several minutes of waiting, and seeing it 'heated up' in the microwave, I was given stone cold soup. Very disappointed.

Very bad customer service. A person was not interested in serving . Got veggie but didn’t put enough vegetables. There are better subway in that area than this subway. Very cheap on toppings.
