To begin with, one of my friends used to work here and ever since they joined they were told that they would not be paid for the trainings which was for two weeks and after their training was complete, they confirmed if they’ll be paid after starting the next week to which the response they got was “after one more week of unpaid training” and were supposed to do every single work over there. The owner was exploiting the international students under the name of “unpaid training“ making it seem like it is voluntary hiding the fact that it was actually a need for them to work. So, it is advised if you are trying to apply and work over there make sure you negotiate all the terms and conditions with the owner or the managers so that none of this happens to any of you.

The pictures show what I ordered, and what I received. Cookies were old and hard, store unresponsive. Reading the other reviews I am not surprised. When ordering online double check the store and avoid this one. 780 Hyde Park Rd, Oakridge, London.

I went to this Subway a few days ago and ordered the Steak & Cheese footlong which gave me food poisoning.I was throwing up all night and was in a lot of pain for a day and a half. And, I continue to suffer from a faint headache and loss of appetite.I am not the only person to suffer from food poisoning from this Subway that same day, I heard 4 other people have ordered the Steak and have gotten sick.I will not be going back to this Subway again or any Subway in the near future.

These subways ate not what they used to be the people are not clean enough here maybe they learn that from thier country but in canafa we are very clean serving foods ... what can we do ???? were stuck with them

No bicycle parking at this location. Tried to park my bike inside by the door and was refused entry. The restaurant was completely empty (apart from the single employee), and I was told that I could leave it outside and watch it. I refused them my business and left. Think about revising your ridiculous policy.I went across the street to A&W and there was bike parking! Even still, I locked up my bike, and when I went inside there was another cyclist AND HIS BIKE inside the restaurant. There were also more people in A&W and nobody cared.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and cheese for your meatless sandwiches!Dietary restrictions: Lots if customizable options.Parking: Zero bike parking. Nowhere whatsoever to lock up your bike. Not even a pole. SHAMEFUL.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available. Family-friendly environment.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor but no door button to help wheelchair folks into the doorway.

2 mobile orders that went poorly:First time I came there was a manager/gm inspecting and the employees seemed terrified and as a result the subs took forever.Second time the lady was cleaning and forgot she had a mobile order to make.Franchisee needs to take some accountability.

June 20, 2023 3:45 pmFriendly service, tasty sub. A bit stingy on toppings like others said. And the lady also made it sideways which made it hard/messy to eat. The drink I took from the fridge was expired. When I told her she just asked me to grab another one. But she didn’t seem to be sorry about it or concerned as this can be a health concern.

Great service! Ordered a foot long with veggie patty and gave specific instructions such as how to spread the sauces etc. He followed the instructions precisely. Will only visit this location from now on.

I ordered steak & cheese. Sub made with fresh vegetables and meat, so delicious. However, I'm a bit disappointed today. I do not know what the yellow thing is, it looks like wood. It would be nice if you paid more attention when preparing the ingredients.Also, this has happened 3 years ago, I found another review about the same issue.

This is the only subway that I will go to. The staff are always so friendly and extremely efficient while making orders. My children refuse to eat any of my cooking because it fails in comparison to the delicious food we get from this location. Everyone that I’ve talked to has agreed that this is the best subway in London, perhaps even the best in the country. Jini and Zeel put a smile on my face every time I go in because I know I’m getting a fresh sub prepped in a timely manor. Also, always a clean environment. Never a negative experience going here in the last 5+ years!
