I'm writing this review while waiting for my order to be made, that was ordered through a third party app about 30 mins ago, the young lady working ALONE with 7 people inside the store should be given a raise. Her coworkers I assume are hanging out in the back as she had asked for help upon me walking in, 30mins later she's still alone, the manager of this location should be absolutely appalled with their employees, to have an amazing and very hard working woman alone up front while her coworkers giggle, laugh and carry on in the back is asinine to say the least. As someone from the neighborhood I will no longer be giving this location service. Kratika is the only reason this review gets anything above one star, love if you see this, tonight you handled everyone in the store and all orders that came in while I was here with grace and speed and you should be very proud of yourself.

Good subway. They make what you ask well and don't skimp out on the toppings like I have seen others do. Place is clean. Only reason why I don't give it 5 is because the machine always asks for a tip. Don't know if that is the fault of the franchise or the business.

So, myself and my staff all work in a art studio down the street, we’re all frequent customers of this subway and for whatever reason, the young worker they have there full time and days ~ never ever puts soup on. Literally, I check almost every shift (5days a week) and the only time I had soup there was once in the last two months when the other part time female worker was working. Please train him to do soup, and to use the oven for bacon. (He likes to microwave the bacon and it’s gross and rubbery tasting)If the soup is there consistently , I’ll change my review too 5 stars ~ please train this store to do soup each day.
Im a huge subway fan, i am also a fan of how consistent each location is. I cant speak for all of them but the ones in london ontario are great for a sandwich.

The Subway in Byron - Commissioners Road West - provides excellent service - friendly and quick. Spotless location.

A nice stop on the strip of Bryon. Parking avalability is not the best.To my surprise one of few locations that I have found to offer gluten free bread for a sub.The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly.Pleasently surprised.#glutenfree#gf#localguidea

Recently, out on a bike ride, I stopped by for a quick bite -- on a whim.I chose the $5 Combo displayed on a large poster.With the beverage cabinet being in the customer area, asking if I should help myself to a drink -- was agreed to.Things went "sideways" when it was time to pay ... $9 !"Why ?""Doesn't a COMBO include a drink ?""No. "Combo" means that a VARIETY of cold cuts is included".!!!"The drink is extra"."What !!!"(Remembering that a Big Mac Combo includes Fries and a drink, I vowed to avoid SUBWAY in future. It's no wonder that Analysts advise against investment.)
