I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. I showed my coupon before placing my order, but the staff member still charged me full price and refused to correct or refund the amount. Very unprofessional service.

Unacceptable Staffing
​This review is split in two because the situation requires both immense praise and serious critique.
​To Lexy: You Are a Star
​I visited tonight during the 5:30 PM rush hour and was absolutely blown away by Lexy. She was working completely alone with a massive, non-stop line, and handled it all with incredible grace and efficiency. Despite the pressure, Lexy was extremely friendly, nice, and gave great service to every single person. To manage a peak dinner rush entirely by herself while maintaining such a positive demeanor is truly remarkable. Lexy, you are a tremendous asset and deserve far better support. Please give her the best raise ever; she earned it ten times over.
​To Subway Management: Shame on You
​It is a shame that you allowed a single employee to work alone from the 5:30 PM rush hour until 10:00 PM closing. This is unacceptable, unsafe, and places an enormous and unfair burden on your staff. While Lexy handled the situation with unbelievable professionalism, this is poor management and a failure of proper staffing. Shame on Subway for putting one person through this kind of stress and responsibility. Your staffing schedule needs to be immediately reviewed and fixed. Sorry if name was not spelt correctly.

Ordered a footlong sub from Subway and found a hair inside. Disgusting. I went back the next day to get it fixed, and guess what? They only remade me a 6-inch. So not only was my food unsanitary the first time, but they couldn’t even be bothered to replace the full order I paid for. No apology, no accountability — just lazy service and poor customer care. Won’t be returning.

Made 20 subs for a pickup order when contacted on the phone. Did an excellent job and went above and beyond to label all of the subs.
All employees we fed were very happy with their orders and the quality of the subs and accuracy for their ingredients.
We were very grateful that they were able to accommodate us and will definitely put in another order another time!
Thanks especially to Popy who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and all we can say is good things about this Subway through our experience.

I have never complained on any of the reviews I have done in the past for other companies but this needs to be heard. I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl, something I get often at the Subway located at 1021 Wonderland Rd. South London, Ont. A young man who was training served me & a lady was training him. I hardly got any rice, when I spoke up & said the other store mentioned above gives 3 spoon size helping of rice not half spoon size the lady said that's how we do it here, she was very dismissive & glared at me. Terrible attitude & customer service. I do not recommend this location. Drive the extra distance & go to Wonderland Rd. South location. The owners of this Hyde Park location should do something about this. Pretty sure Subway has a mandate to follow making these rice bowls & all the other menu items. Also, with all the other poor reviews including mine should speak volumes to the owners.

Very worst customer service, I ordered 7 footlong and she told me they ran out of tomatoes but for the next customer she got new container of tomatoes from inside. I saw that when I was doing payment. I try to talk to her and she didn't even bother to look and answer your questions.

By far the worst subway I ever went to in London. Went there with my girlfriend, sandwich person made my girlfriends sandwich just like any other subway would, now when it came to mine she did everything sparingly. She put less than a handful of lettuce in my sub and spread it out to make it “fill” the whole area of the sandwich, she count each each tomato she put on my sandwich, and she put a total of 4 half olives on my sandwich and another olive fell on the sandwich but she went back to take it away.

Hands down the worst subway I ever went to, treated me differently from my girlfriend just because I am a guy.

Go to the one at Fanshawe road or the one on commissioners street, they are way better

Another Indian owned and managed restaurant with absolutely horrendous customer service. The app wouldn’t work despite the girl having our coupon code. She refused to honour the code because she would “get in trouble”. I’m going to take this issue right to corporate as I don’t expect any support from the store owner. The subs were awful as well. She skimped on the tuna and the toppings. I will never be back.

Ordered a stamped brisket sub and it had barley any meat on it compared to every previous time I’ve ordered it. For a more expensive sub this is ridiculous! I don’t recommend this location.

My son and his friends go there for lunch a lot and these kids spend a lot of money there. Every time I hear the same thing so I went in there with my son. They are always arguing about putting extra sauce on the food. My son even tells them to charge extra which they won't because they're not supposed to. It's such a ridiculous way to ruin people's experience. Just make people's subs they way they want. Stop being rude and cheap! I told the kids to stop going there. Let them lose business trying to save 5 cents.

Kid-friendliness: They are rude to teenagers who incidentally are the people who spend the most there.
