I had visited this location this afternoon (October 18, 2024) and I have found dirt debris and a dead fruit fly in my iced tea. I have come to this location before and god knows if there's been issues with my previous drinks, as I didn't think I'd have to check for bugs in my iced tea any time I go to a food place. As someone who has worked in the food business before, I know all of the cleaning procedures that clearly aren't being done or at least not well enough here. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed and will no longer be coming here. I have sent an email to the customer service notifying them as well and have lots of photos n videos I just took to provide as evidence.

I've never seen a level of incompetence in my whole life. If I'm spending $32 on two sandwiches, do them right. Asked for toasted and got lukewarm bread. Asked if they could make sure the bacon was crispy. It's chewy and cold. How can you toast something and still have it cold? Maybe don't put the cheese on top of the bacon? What a waste of money!
