I clearly wrote instruction asking for onions and green peppers to be toasted with the sub and the entire sub to be grilled. However, the sub was served cold, and none of my requests were fulfilled.

Don't go here unless you have ordered online. They just ignore the in-store customers completely. We waited 10 minutes tonight to not even be acknowledged. One employee was even just standing behind the counter texting on her cell phone.

I order here frequently. I work close by, and ordering on the app allows me to pick it up, and eat it as soon as I get back to work. Last night I ordered a meatball sub. Not my usual choice. But I've had it before. I took a bite when I returned to work, and two things were apparent. The meatballs were stone cold. When I've ordered before, they were nice and warm. And last night, the nest was flooded with Parmesan. Flooded. It was overpowering. Perhaps if the meat had been warm, it would have not been so overpowering. Alas, I didn't have time to return and get it heated, and my work doesn't have a microwave. So a total waste of money.

I was skeptical as this location has low reviews, however the staff are really welcoming and make a great sammy!
Power outlets to charge your phone or use your laptop are a huge benefit.

I like using the subway app for deals but this location is really bad at service past 11pm I placed an order at 12am and was told my order would be ready by 12:25 pm and when I got there it wasn't even started by 12:25. It is now 12:50am and it still has not been started. Everyone who placed an order after me has gotten their food but I have yet to get mine. They need to better train the employees or higher more staff it shouldn't take 45 minutes for two subs. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location either last time I placed an order and they supposedly didn't get it but money was. Taken from my account. I had to argue with the employee for 30 minutes showing the order number and the time stamped withdrawal from my account until he got tired of trying to muck around and just gave me my food. I'm going to keep downgrading my review every time this location mucks up and when it gets to 1 I'll just go somewhere else. Subway is too expensive to be giving customers the run around

Took 20 minutes to get one sub, when there was only 3 people in front of me. The food itself was good, although I did find some hair in it which is pretty gross, but they did get me a new sub.

At 1-40 AM Last Night, I waited in queue while other customer was getting order. I sat there for 5 min and in that tine subway got remote orders (Online) customer paid and went out. I thought I was next in line but the person at subway asked if i can wait 5-10 minutes ahile he prepares remote orders. I got to know from other subway that whoever came first as walkin or remote they get first priority but this guy is asking if he can make other orders first and it was around 2-3 order. Like really at 2 AM u expect me to wait when there is no one in side the store and you got online order after I came in.
Go to any other subway. NOT THIS ONE.

She displayed a thorough understanding of the menu and was very attentive to my preferences. She asked about my choice of bread, vegetables, and condiments with a friendly demeanor, ensuring my sandwich was customized exactly to my liking.
