I ordered two footlong veggie subs, and unfortunately, they arrived with stale, hard bread. It was incredibly disappointing, and I will never be buying from this restaurant again. Poor quality and lack of care in preparation.

I asked for a rice bowl, didn't have the chicken shawarma, so I said ok with chicken rotisserie. The children looked soogy, the rice had a funny smell and taste. As other reviews I had to ask to put more of everything, very few pieces of everything except the lettuce, it was just a bow of lettuce. I had to ask at the end for more sauce and still the worst bowl. Never coming back to this location.

Super happy with my delivery order today. I'm 8 months pregnant and was really craving cookies (literally the only craving I've had) so I decided to order dinner from Subway so I could have their cookies. I noticed you can't select the cookie flavours anymore, it's just a 12 pack of chocolate chunk, so I put a note saying can you pretty please make it assorted flavours. Not only did they mix up the flavours, there was one extra and the white macademi nut cookies appeared fresh from the oven in all their gooey goodness ?
PS the subs were good too!

Simply amazing. This Subway location absolutely blew me away with the quality of the service, food, and state of the restaurant. Luke, the employee making my sandwich, did a wonderful job and I’d happily come back again.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility was very accompanying, me and my sweet ride rolled in and out with ease!

I went twice to this location this week. Soup is heated in plastic bag which is not good for health. The sandwich artist seemed like a newbie and I only got 8-9 pepperoni on my pizza sub which is supposed to be 12. Bread was stale and chewy. Not going back there again.

After a long time, I visited Subway. The menu has changed, so I was a bit confused. The server was not welcoming. There was stale spinach; instead of removing it, the server just picked it and put it into my sub. Will not recommend this sub outlet

Worst location: i just got a sub, i asked for spinach she literally put 3 smalls leaves of spinach i then told her to put more. Same thing with all my other toppings. I even had to tell her to remove some hot peppers that still had pits (you shouldn’t be eating pepper pits they taste horrible) and after i told her to take it out she just put it back in with the rest of the hot peppers, thats disgusting. If i am paying 15$+ for a sub I expect there to be a decent amount of toppings being put on there not 1-2 pieces of each that is ridiculous!!!

"Heena" and "Zada" at Subway deserves all the praise! Not only did they serve with a smile, but their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Their positive attitude made my visit delightful, and I left feeling grateful for such a dedicated and friendly employee. Thank you, Heena and Zada, for making my Subway experience exceptional!

You should spend more time on the customers that are in your restaurant Rather than your beeping machines for takeaway food?, you're understaffed, I think definitely at 1 o'clock during the week aka lunch time. You should definitely have more than 1 person. Stop trying to save on labor and maybe your customer service will improve instead of rushing people. I will never come to this Subway again. And I drove to this one specifically. This place has gone downhill fast. The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to otherwise it would be 0 or negative. In addition, I've been coming to this location for 20 years. Good riddance.
