Best service from any subway in London! Zada makes every customer interaction positive and delivers excellence. She is fast and accurate but also patient and caring to her customers and her fellow coworkers. We go out of our way sometimes to visit this store bc of her and the service we’ve come to count on from this location

whoever made my order tonight, i hope both sides of your pillows are always cold. it was absolutely delicious, ive been avoiding subway bc of the quality and how scrawny the sandwiches have gotten, but bless the soul of the lovely person who made my subs. i inhaled those. 11/10

Under proofed bread... Asked for it toasted but the sandwich might as well have been a wrap because the bread was thin and squishy... Threw out other half of sandwich 😞 there is 4 other subways in the area... Maybe try a different one if you're reading this.

I went in the other day and there was a new girl she was super sweet and made me a very good sub will be back again

There was a gentleman working Monday, July 28 he was closing. I came in around 9 o’clock and he did such a phenomenal job on my sub. I had a veggie sub but he was so polite And he doesn’t hesitate to fill my sub up with only a few toppings that I actually do enjoy. It’s very plain, but I usually have to ask 5 to 6 times for The worker to add a proper amount because I don’t really get anything on my sub. He did such a phenomenal job. He had a polite personality, and not to mention. It was probably one of the best subs I’ve tasted in years. Hands down this gentlemen deserves a shoutout thank you again made one hungry person very happy!

I ordered through the Subway app in the afternoon on July 19th. Disappointed with the order toppings like black olives and red onions were missing, even though I saw them being prepared. Not sure why they weren’t added, but it ruined the experience

I ordered online through the subway app and picked up a sub here. The sub had curly hairs in it that definitely didn't come off of a persons head. When I went back the lady that was working confirmed the type of hair and told me the sub was made by the manager Adam. Avoid this place. I used to eat subway almost every day but will never eat there again.

I went there to pick up food as uber driver and i ask for wwashroom use . They said its only for customer use this is insane.

Huge shout out to Zaida in Subway. She has been an amazing person. I always get my order within seconds. She is quick and very helpful. Thanks for your efforts.
