Paid for a 6 inch Sub got a 5 inch Sub. Ingredients formulas not being followed. This specific Subway has gotten so bad.

Their staff finished their mop and decided not to serve the customer, when they appeared at 11:20PM, their staff say we already closed the grill and oven and can’t serve you. Very bad service and rude girl at night shift.

I have visited the store at 11:22 pm and i asked for 6” sub they told me i can’t serve you because we are cleaning. However the closing time is 12.
Please update your closing time on google.
Worst experience ever.
There is no option for 0star or else i would love to rate 0 star rating.

Been coming here for years. Today's experience was shocking. Incredibly hard stale bun, hardly any toppings and most of the veg was rotten! There out all of the subs we got. Truly the worst food ever been served.

This is the only location I’ve been to, in a long time, that gets every order right. I wish I could mention names of the employees off the top of my head, because they deserve appreciation for their hard work. It’s quite a busy location and it’s definitely hard to please everyone…but they do a great job in my eyes. This location is our favourite and no matter how far we are, we’ll drive to get our subs from here! Thank you for staying so consistent!

I ordered from this location today using the app. I placed my order at 12:11pm and the app told me my three sandwiches were prepared and ready for pick-up. I walked in the door and there were bells dinging and ringing from online orders coming in. There was just one female employee and no one else in sight and by the look on her face she was under a great amount of pressure. I asked her if my sandwiches were ready and she told me I was going to have to wait she was helping other customers. I asked her if she was the only person working? She indicated a coworker had called in sick. Whomever is the manager/owner if you were not able to have another staff member present that means you needed to step up to the job. This poor girl was running around and doing her best but things were falling apart all around her and she was on the verge of breaking down. I finally received my sandwiches at 12:44, yes take a look at your cameras and see everything going down. I see your rating is 3.8 already it won't take long before that's a lot lower if you take care of your staff and patrons the same way. She was doing the work of two people the least you can do is pay her double then.

Ordered a Cold Cuts Footlong with the App and had to wait an extra 10 minutes from the promised pickup time in the App. They only had one employee preparing the Walk In, App, and Delivery orders plus the Cash Register. When I received the order they failed to put Tomatoes and put Spinach instead. It also lacked the Chipotle and BBQ Sauce that I requested. There needs to be at least two employees working on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Ordered 2 subs through the app so I sent my brother to grab them but when he got there they refused to give it to him bc they said they didn’t receive anything through their system even tho we showed proof of payment through my bank + my app order confirmation. I ended up going there to talk to the person working and he still refused to give me the subs & told me the manger would contact me this morning and still hasn’t.Such a fat waste of time + money.

I went to go in subway at 1:40am and they had already closed it, when they are supposed to be closed at 2 am. They are lazy people, don’t recommend.

Due in part to new employees, it seems, this place is improving. Staple items seem to be in-stock consistently. They could have an individual dedicated to mobile orders during certain periods however because it gets extremely busy for one person._______Formerly 1*During this past week this location has lost a large portion of my money on account of not having staple items in stock, cold cuts, chicken, even veggies like green peppers for example. I ended up forgoing an order on multiple occassions and am considering not bothering visiting this location moving forward if they're not carrying what I want.On another note their bread options have gone from 6-7 down to 3 or 4, including flat bread.________Don't say open until 2 if you close at 1:30.
