Manger looked like it was her first day super slow not evening the ingredients on the sub putting bad parts of onion lettuce etc. half of my sub was burnt. customer service was very limited quite and sluggish. Employees swearing while customers are in the store

As soon as I walked in I noticed how dirty it was. The girl who was serving us was short dark hair and she sucked at her job. She took forever to do anything and she burnt my sandwich as well as my boyfriend’s. There were onions and jalapeños stacked onto each other and it was absolutely disgusting. She filled my sandwich with mainly lettuce and that’s all I could taste. I will never ever be coming back to this location. You work there for a reason maybe do your job right.

didn’t even order, walked in the store and stood there for 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment, nobody else in the store, she started making a mobile order, fine but atleast say “hello i’ll be with you in a moment i just have to make this order” or something like that, just felt rude and like she didn’t have a care in the world - i’ll take my buisiness to a different location

As I walked into the store and my first visit to this location, I immediately noticed how uncleanly it was. The floor was despicably dirty. There seemed to be candy on the floor everywhere garbage wrappers so on henceforth so that immediately made me decide not to want to eat in as well as only seeing one customer eating in. So the state of the store deterred me from eating in and I normally eat in at subways. I really do usually enjoy the atmosphere. However, I do have to say the visit was remedied by an amazing employee by the name of Vince. Vince took really good care of me was diligent. I had consistent portionings and produced really good sandwiches. Not to mention he was very polite and extremely accurate. I hope that when I come back to this location that they'll be a lot cleaner and it will encourage me to want to stay and eat and dine in. I do look forward to my next visit and if there are improvements to the atmosphere then I will change my review. Thank you Vince for everything you did. Stay groovy and keep up the great work!

Went to the bathroom when I came in, heard a worker talking about me and pointing at me, she falsely accused me of writing something on the wall. They lost my business. They expect tips everytime. Why should I give bonus money when you did nothing other than stand at your station. You're not bussing tables and providing any additional customer services. Gave the girl a tip the one day she was all "oooh thank you". Two days later, no tip. She just flopped my sub on the counter and walked away.

But wait!!! There's more. Why should I wait for my order to be completed while you make the next person in lines sub????
