I visited Subway last night and had an amazing experience! I was really hungry, and the service was quick, which was a huge plus. The store was spotless, and Harsh was incredibly helpful in guiding me to create the perfect sandwich. Highly recommend this location for both the quality of food and the great customer service.

Its very frustrating. I have waited more 40 minutes since order get placed. A lazy girl working very slow. When I asked her How long it will take. She just replied She is trying to making. Its very annoying and they don’t have manners. And talk customer in their own language.
Went through drive through and no one answered. Went inside and music was blasting but no one was working up front. Could hear people in the back but no one responded when I called out. Zero service.

I visited this location at 11 in the morning on Friday, and the female employee working was rude, with harsh tone, really felt disappointed as i visited london first time, found her little racist toward me. I wish, they had little respect toward the customer, or better learn the customer service which is way better than ruining someone’s day. Thanks and good luck!

If you want to try the best subway in London, Ontario, I would suggest the 941 Hamilton store. They always have fresh veggies and meat, and whenever I visit, they surprise me with their unique style of making the footlongs. I never get disappointed with their subs.
Last week, when I visited this store, I was in a hurry and needed to grab a sub. I ordered one sweet onion teriyaki footlong. The team members working over there, and they made whole footlong within 2 minutes, which is way too fast. I was really impressed with her work.
The best Sub you wanna try here is it.

After a long bike ride, my friends and I realized we were thirsty and decided to go subway hopping for water. They offered to get us water, and before we could ask, they gave us free water and cookies. The store was spotless and well-maintained, and even though we were sweating, they still served us, so I give it a five out of five and want more cookies.

Me and my friends We’re so exhausted so we had to go get water at Subway and then they were really nice to us and they also gave us free cookies and it was also very clean inside so I really highly recommend going to Subway on Hamilton.

Today was my first time ever going to a subway and I got helped by these 2 pretty girls, they were honestly the sweetest people I have EVER met! They were so patient and respectful, they helped everyone and treated all the customers that came in with the same about of respect and patience, even the rude customers that were giving them attitude!
I was standing at the back trying to figure out what I wanted to order and I saw them helping out other customers. I work at a McDonalds and I honestly find it hard to always have a smile on my face, especially when customers are being rude and ignorant.
I recently visited Subway and I genuinely felt good about the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly attitude, which instantly made the atmosphere more inviting. The store was clean, well-lit, and organized, which added to the overall comfort of the visit. As I placed my order, the employees were patient and attentive, making sure they got every detail right while also offering helpful suggestions on different combinations and sauces. The ingredients looked fresh and neatly arranged, and my sandwich was prepared with care and precision. What really stood out was how quick and efficient the service was, even though there were several people ahead of me. I appreciated how the staff managed to keep things moving without making anyone feel rushed. By the time I sat down to eat, I felt satisfied not just with the food, but with the whole experience. It’s refreshing to see such dedication to customer service, and it definitely left a positive impression. I look forward to visiting again.

Sandwich was ass, I got it toasted and somehow it was barely warmed up, bread not toasted at all. The girl behind the counter had an AirPod in and basically ignored me not saying anything and just waiting for me to tell her what I want. A simple “hi what would you like” would’ve sufficed. Only time I got a word out of her was when she asked if it was toasted or not. First time coming to this location and probably also the last, never had any of these problems with ANY other subways in London ever.

Poor customer service, came in and lady was busy fixing her hair. Then proceeded to not acknowledge any of my children. Then made the worse Sub from Subway I've ever had. This location has gone down hill, gire people that know how to make a sub it least. Bread was dry and seemed old. Very disappointed cause we love subway as a family. I will never stop by here again.
