Asked for crispy chicken and got chicken salad and on top of that I got 1/4 missing from my Long cookie and when I went back the guy talked to me like I was stupid… I got charged $35 for a pop cookie and chicken sub and it was a chicken salad sub mod a crispy chicken sub… the blonde white guy needs to do his job better

My entire family got sick after eating here, I want to post photos of our vomit but I will not. It cost $60 to eat here for 4 individuals. We all vomited and got sick. WARNING! DO NOT EAT HERE!

I recently moved to the area and have been visiting this Subway almost daily. Pardeep and Parry, the staff members here, have consistently made my visits enjoyable. They are attentive to my special requests, such as cutting my sandwiches into 2-3 pieces and lightly toasting them, which they always fulfill perfectly. It's great to see such personalized service! Highly recommend this location for anyone who appreciates attention to detail and friendly service.

The lady who makes the sub is arrogant. She clearly touches meat and says she didn’t! My order is supposed to be ready by 8 pm. However, when I went to pickup, she did not even start on it. I understood the store is busy and patiently waited. However, I felt I have to write the review when she touched meat with the same gloves she’s making my sub. I understand that working in service is not easy but you have to understand that some people take their principles seriously. Changing your gloves in between orders is a minimum.

The lovely lady working there wearing the raptors shirt and hat was so nice. She was kind enough to have a line up of waiting customers witness her working away and organizing the bread for a whole 10 minutes before she asked any of us how she can help us. ??? customer service is on a whole new level.

I am regular to this store and the only reason is drive-thru but never going back, these guys don’t know how to behave, no customer service, stale bread, half of the toppings were missing after repeating 5 times. The manager has a huge chip on her shoulder. Not the first time this happened, I guess convenience does have a cost.

These guys don’t know how to talk, worst customer service. They need to rewatch customer service training videos. I placed online order and they hand it over to someone else instead of apologizing and making the order again she called her manager and said we can’t remake your order. They don’t know how to read and handing orders to anyone or may be scamming people.

Worst customer service, young lady is so arrogant. She thinks she can do anything if she is a manager. Subway needs to teach them how to talk to customers. Only reason to go there is drive-thru but never going back.
