The subs here are made the best in London as far as I know! The staffs at this subway are kind and are always open to helping you choose the right sauces or toppings, especially Raman! She always makes you feel welcome from the moment you step in till you leave! I would recommend this store for sure anyday!

Made an online order at the wrong store. After calling 2 minutes later they told me that they could not cancel or refund the order because they had already finished making it which is an obvious lie. They have 0 customer service skills. Never heard of a fast food restaurant not being able to refund the order especially that quickly after the order was placed. Lost 2 loyal customers over.

This is hands-down the best Subway location in London! In my experience, the ingredients always taste fresh, and the toaster works perfectly every time the bread comes out amazing. The employees are attentive, carefully listening to my order, and they have never made a mistake. They are consistently professional and respectful. On top of that, the location is spotless I’ve never seen it unkept. I highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a quality meal and excellent service!

This location does not follow company rules, sandwiches have no toppings on them and are very small. It would also be nice if the person working here understood basic English or even smiled a tad. Never again… over priced for nothing!

One day i go to this subway Some type of error showing on my card so i was unable to pay and I didn’t take my sub when go another day The girl who prepared the food behaviour is very bad they don’t know how to talk with customers she speak very rude so we request to owner please tell to them how to talk with customer when we say call to your senior she said i am senior and i never had this type of worst experience in my life
