Absolutely inexcusable food The bread was stale and falling apart and cut incredibly poorly. The vegetables were completely lacklustre and some completely missing and the tomatoes were just a joke you ask for extra of certain things they give you none. It’s just ridiculous. I ordered midday so there’s not even an excuse to have been low on toppings extra lettuce and extra spinach and you get a couple flakes onion, nonexistent, green pepper nonexistent pickles nonexistent me being a repeat customer nonexistent I’m gonna be filing a complaint with corporate and asking for my money back and if I don’t get it, I’ll be issuing a charge back this is unacceptable and people need to stop accepting this as a reasonable experience. The service industry is being taken over by people that just don’t care everything is so expensive people work hard for their money and I’m sick and tired of being ripped off.

Tried to order subs through App using coupons, but it didn’t let me pay portion of my total through gift card that was already added into my account. Had to walk in to this nearby store, the (penjabi) guy said he can apply the coupons. I was then asked “what kind of bread” for my 3 footlong sandwiches although they only had plain breads (probably left over and stale), so we were forced to go with that basic option. Not sure why they even asked when they didn’t have any other option. They didn’t even offer any small freebie for not having our choice of bread in stock.
The sandwiches weren’t then filled evenly with enough toppings. During checkout, I spent 15 min, to load the coupon codes from the app, the guy also agreed how frizzy their app is. Somehow he managed to get one coupon.
