The employee saw it was a cold snowy day and provided us with a complimentary soup. The soup was great and the food my friend and I ordered was amazing as well. Customer service here is top notch and the quality of the food is wonderful. 10/10 would come again.
On a recommendation from a Lebanese car salesman, my daughter and I, in for a day visit from Cambridge, were off on our way to try yet another shawarma restaurant. This time the great city of London was where we were able to avail of a tasty treat. To call Sultan a restaurant is a stretch in the sense it is more of a food outlet since it’s not a place where you sit and eat, but their menu items are oh so good. The hours at Sultan are excellent – 10:30 am to 11:00 pm.

Although I ordered extra garlic in my sandwich, it was very dry, almost like eating just chicken meat; there were no spices or sauces to taste. On the other hand, the portion of fries, side sauces, and pickles with the family plate was very good, and the price was reasonable. They also included a family-size can of soda. In addition, the idea of serving soup in this cold weather was a good one, and it tasted delicious.
