The most beautiful grocery store I’ve ever seen! Everything is so fresh and mouth watering Excellent quality foods. Definitely worth the extra $ for the freshness

I purchased a frozen shepherds pie. It was packaged very well . However, for $17 it was absolutely tasteless . No seasoning, very bland . Don’t waste your money on this item.very disappointing. I won’t buy it again

Sunripe grocery store may be a bit on the expensive side, but their unique product selection is unmatched. I definitely recommend it. Their customer service is excellent, and the staff is very helpful.

Website isn't user-friendly. Trying to find a flyer so I can see what you have.
Too bad as you have just moved into my area the last year and never have I seen a flyer!!!!!!!!
I don't shop at any of your locations it would nice if you would advertise.

Your prices might be a bit more but your food is fresh & lasts longer .

A little more pricey than your typical grocery store but can’t beat the fresh produce and its longevity. Love that they have started doing “buy 1, get 1 free” promotions, that’s what lead me here to leave a review!

Very fresh. I mainly go for the fruits and vegetables. Always amazing quality. Just need to be a bit selective when shopping there as there are some high priced items.Buuuuuut.......REVEIW EDITEDI've supported Sunripe for years, but my experience today changed my opinion.... 5 star to 1 star.I was served spoiled meat and had to drive back to return it. Understandably, this can happen (although had not before to me here) and the lady at checkout was extremely kind to me and my son and apologized over and over - she was authentically sorry. So, what's the problem? After going to the back room and refunding my food, I WAS OFFERED A SAMPLE SIZE OF POPCORN (I'm looking at about 12 kernels here), which my and my wife agree is insulting - you're better off not offering anything. This is not the fault of the wonderful young girl working there. It's more that she had not been instructed from management about a better way to reimburse a costumer who ingested spoiled meat (ya I should have smelt it before throwing it in a sandwich, but I've come to trust their food) served by the store and had to drive back to replace it. 12 kernels. Maybe a small gift card? Dessert? A BAG of popcorn? But, I was offered about 5 cents worth of popcorn. I did not want this young lady feeling worse, so I just took it, thanked her, and left, and am now reporting to Google. I'd kindly ask management to reconsider how they manage mistakes they make to (former) loyal customers. They strive to have fresh food and I always commended them for that and was willing to pay more for it. It's extremely unfortunate to see this is how they manage a situation when something is not fresh - or, in fact, smells so horribly that the cashier and anyone standing nearby was repulsed by the smell.

Nice looking store, good staff...never crowded, mainly because their prices are not high, they are sky high.....love the orange juice, but at $15 bucks, I will pass. I can only guess how much waste they have, since it is never busy.

Expensive. Quality, but ouch. It is a stretch on a working class family budget. If it wasn't for proximity to home and Dollarama, I would never go. Makes Whole Foods look affordable.

A bit disappointed today. I typically shop here when I’m planning a special dinner and want the best that money can buy. Today it was baby back ribs. Did not look at best before date until I was in the parking lot. Today was the last day! I went back into the store and found that all of the units had the same date so had to return and go back to Grand Bend empty-handed. I did grab a salad to bring back with me but your cashews were chewy and moist-didn’t taste good so I chucked them and used my own pine nuts at home. As I said, I do not mind paying top dollar, but it needs to be perfect for that price, will try again though.

Visually appealing, well stocked with many different options of fruits and vegetables, cakes, fresh or frozen foods.

I can't get over the quality of the produce at Sunripe. It's definitely pricey so it's not reasonable for a full shop but if you need good strawberries or veggies or fruit for something, it's worth it for that. Their baked goods are also great and you can even get a cheap "eat today" treat for like $2.
