Nov. 8 Sushi Galore Fanshawe

Nov 8 in London is easily one of the best AYCE sushi spots I’ve tried. It’s genuinely better than many places in the GTA, where you end up paying more for sushi that isn’t nearly as fresh or well-made. Here, everything tastes clean, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. The rolls aren’t overloaded with rice, the sashimi is fresh, and the flavors actually stand out. They also have a really big selection, from specialty rolls to appetizers, hot dishes, and desserts, so you can try a ton of different things without feeling like the menu is repetitive. For the quality and variety you get, the price is very reasonable. If you’re looking for great sushi in London that beats out a lot of GTA AYCE spots, Nov 8 is absolutely worth the visit.

FOOD POISONING -be aware. I used to only eat this sushi when I would be visiting London from Toronto. I always spoke well of this place until I got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had the other day. It’s put me off sushi, salmon and frankly seafood. I will be reporting it to London public health. It was all I had eaten that day before the symptoms started so it’s evident it was the raw fish or how it was handled. Disgusting.

We visited Nov. 8 Sushi Galore to try Japanese cuisine as a family for the first time. Everything was excellent — from the quality of the food and the friendly attitude of the staff to the reasonable prices. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

standard sushi spot in hyde park, nothing too special, though it is better than 168 and heart sushi. party trays seem like they’re a good deal, it is more worth it to get versus if you were to get each item a la carte. the sushi overall average. the rice is lacking vinegar and a bit undercooked, the fish for some was really fishy. like the tuna roll in my tray, it was very hard to chew and you can see all the white fat there aswell. the only good thing was the torched salmon nigiri i ordered on the side. overhyped spot in my opinion, overall i rate this place 6/10 for its price, flavour and quality

for the tray, 4 extra nigiris, and yam tempura + $5 tip, this meal was almost $80

might possibly come back to try their ayce to see if it is any better

Great ambience for dining, customer service is top notch, everything on the menu was available and the waiting is next to zero.

Great place for families, nice atmosphere with the fish aquarium, though it's sad to watch some of them dying. Sashimi is good as well as the tools. Favorite are the snow rolls. Very timely.
Service charge for 5+ people isn't ideal.

honestly, the food is really good and we’d love to keep going back, but the blonde waitress with the glasses is absolutely awful. If you have children she makes you feel totally uncomfortable if your kids are making any noises to the point where she told us they were getting complaints when our kids were excited and laughing not sure I would call it a family atmosphere. we are not the only family she has done this too. Totally inappropriate behaviour.

Such a great variety of food! We enjoyed soup, sushi, sashimi, sushi rolls, hand rolls, and some tempura! Service was quick and efficient, considering we were there at supper time on a Sunday night, and they were relatively busy.

Best Sushi Buffet me and my friend loved it as they have lot of veg options for my friend. I tried almost everything as quantity is small and enough which will help you to try too many items. I like there complimentary items and even price is reasonable for buffet.
