Another good meal at a Swiss Chalet, on Wellington, in London, Ontario. Delicious chicken, moist and fresh. Great fries, and oh the gravy. Highly recommend!

This place has gone down hill. I use to enjoy going to this restaurant. Only 2 servers working during dinner time. Had to wait 10mins or more to get seated even though there were a bunch of empty tables. Service was very slow. I was about to walk out and go elsewhere!!!

Honestly stay away from this location it used to be top notch not any more.
Bad management refused to accommodate a food allergy because they were busy.
I strongly recommend going to Wonderland or the new highbury location you will be better off.
At this rate this resturant location will be closed soon enough.
In all credit the server was doing her best to try and keep up.

I wanted to try your chicken parm, so my wife and I went for dinner on Valentines Day. The chicken was very disappointing. It was a thin dry piece of (processed ?) meat, nothing like your pictures indicate. My wife was happy with her 1/4 chicken. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and the service was good. Take another look at your pictures of the parm and compare it to what you serve ! Jim
Ordered two quarter chicken dinners..one dark and one white...when I got it home everything was cold...including the sauce...fries were like as if they cooked them again and were very cold which shouldn't be....not happy at all...never had that issue

It's reliable, always a consistent level of quality. Prices are decent. However......don't get the chicken parm! It's wounded to an .5cm thick, crusted with an over cooked coating and served with dried out garlic bread.
Its a chicken place -- so makes sense to stick to the tried and true.
Also, side note -- waitress was hovering as I was debating tip%, she'd already selected the 20% which annoyed me. Like, really? It's my choice, thx.
Let's not get into the tip debate here -- but, please, if you're a server....let the customer decide.

The server Hailey was excellent, and the food was tasty and hot. The big surprise some kind paid for our dinner. What a pleasant surprise 😮 Thank you.😀🥰
