Ok, I quit Taco Bell around 7 years ago when their prices went insane and the food quality plummeted. So I go back recently to give them a shot. Out of the 4 times in the last 3 month I've gone to the Highbury location I've ordered 2 burritos and 3 nachos and cheese. Twice, TWICE! the cheese for my nachos were all half full. They charge $22 for that meal and they scam me out of crappy Dupont Cheese. a 50% scam rate can't just be a mistake, this has to be a Loblaws style short changing. I'm getting sick to death of being forced to call and complain. Be Warned!
Edit 6/23/24: Get this, I go back today for the replacement meal for the lack of cheese with my nacho cheese and they do _the exact same thing!_ I had to pull my meal apart on site, find the rip off AGAIN and force them to make the meal correctly. This Taco Bell will scam you as a matter of policy. Do NOT go here. Or check your meal thoroughly before you leave the restaurant.
Edit 11/5/2024: They're still adding half of the cheese to a nacho and cheese. It's just never stopped. I paid 29 bucks for 2 burritos and 4 nachos. MASSIVE RIPOFF.

Went through for a pretty basic crunch wrap supreme combo and there was literally only a handful of fries, and a tiny bit of toppings on the fries. Not expecting a Michelin star experience obviously but wow.

I am surprised to see all the negative comments, I have not experienced anything negative here. I have only ever been during the day, probably between 12:00 p.m. And 3:00 p.m. And I've always had friendly staff. The last time we came. They had a hard time understanding what we wanted to order, but they were very friendly and figured out her order 100% correctly before proceeding or asking for payment. We have only ever used the drive-thru, but this is our go to Taco Bell because of all the positive experiences we have had here.

They forgot 2 items in my order. This repeatedly happens. The people that work there just don't care. The food is slapped together, no quality checks and the orders aren't checked before handing off to the customer. I'm not wasting gas going back to get them to fix it. You basically stole my money. I'd rather go elsewhere.

I haven't gone by this Taco Bell in a really long time. But it is definitely amazing!! The food was amazing, fresh, full of flavor, just like I remember from when I used to go by here when I was younger. Friendly stagg, washrooms were clean and taken care of too.

So I think Taco Bell is trying to be something they are not, and never will be. What's wrong with just being yourself Taco Bell? We teach our children "to just be yourself" There is nothing wrong with being a fast food restaurant that offers explosive diarrhea and at a decent price but your not a restaurant
Love taco bell, got to have it at least twice a month. Glad they finally renovated, love eating in so my hard tacos are fresh & crunchy. Love the value meal but wish you still had the meximelt.
This had to be the cleanest taco bell I have ever eaten at. Good customer service and of course it was delicious as always.
