I’m not sure if this is a piece of bone or what but i’m 1000% sure it’s not supposed to be in the chicken quesadilla even if it is a chicken bone, completely solid and could tell immediately when biting into one of the pieces. Be careful when eating the pieces of chicken of choking or potentially sharps I guess! 🤷🏻♀️

I hadn’t been to this Taco Bell location in over a year after moving work locations and eventually leaving my field altogether. But I dropped by late at night recently for some food, and wow—the energy and kindness from the staff were amazing!
Even after all that time, one of the male employees (who wears glasses) came right up and remembered me by name. That really made my night! It reminded me that leaving a kind impression can go both ways—clearly, he left one on me too.
There’s also a female staff member (also wears glasses) who I absolutely love—so cheerful and full of energy! Both of them, along with the whole late-night crew around 11:30 PM, were smiling, upbeat, and made the experience so enjoyable.
The customer care at this location is top-tier, and the team deserves all the credit. I need to learn how to spell everyone’s names properly next time I visit, because they truly deserve individual recognition. Thank you all for the great vibes and amazing service

We had bean burrito, bean chalupa and nachos fries and drink.everygti g was taste good. Cooked and wrapped well. Services also top notched. Will definitely go back to this location. 5/5

Stopped at taco bell to grab a quick bite between jobs tonight. I got a fries supreme and a drink. Was shocked it came to almost $10 as the fries was the tiny portion size you get as a side with your meal. (Definitely not worth the price gouging) then I get to work to find out I wasn it given a fork or napkins... is that extra? I'll stop somewhere else next time.

Used to come here all the time with no issues. Food and staff were great. Now, it's clearly staffed with only temporary foreign workers that have heavy accents and orders that consistently incorrect. After coming here for the better part of a decade, unfortunately, this is the last time.

Every time I go through this Taco Bell (which is probably an embarrassingly high amount) Pamela Is incredibly kind and I just wanted to give her a shoutout. If I was a manager or owner I feel like she through the drive-through is doing everything correct.
Based on what I knew when I was younger, and I worked at a McDonald’s she goes through all the correct steps of greeting you promptly then asking you to round up for charity and trying the special. If I was in charge of this location, I would be hyped to have her as an employee fr. Also, the whole team back there has very consistently Not messed up an order (And if they have it, it’s been a very kind And easy fix But I genuinely can’t recall if they have in a LONG time) And I always do something like pull cheese off Or change something which I know is a hassle to the kitchen. Great location and great staff!

Ok, I quit Taco Bell around 7 years ago when their prices went insane and the food quality plummeted. So I go back recently to give them a shot. Out of the 4 times in the last 3 month I've gone to the Highbury location I've ordered 2 burritos and 3 nachos and cheese. Twice, TWICE! the cheese for my nachos were all half full. They charge $22 for that meal and they scam me out of crappy Dupont Cheese. a 50% scam rate can't just be a mistake, this has to be a Loblaws style short changing. I'm getting sick to death of being forced to call and complain. Be Warned!
Edit 6/23/24: Get this, I go back today for the replacement meal for the lack of cheese with my nacho cheese and they do _the exact same thing!_ I had to pull my meal apart on site, find the rip off AGAIN and force them to make the meal correctly. This Taco Bell will scam you as a matter of policy. Do NOT go here. Or check your meal thoroughly before you leave the restaurant.
Edit 11/5/2024: They're still adding half of the cheese to a nacho and cheese. It's just never stopped. I paid 29 bucks for 2 burritos and 4 nachos. MASSIVE RIPOFF.

Went through for a pretty basic crunch wrap supreme combo and there was literally only a handful of fries, and a tiny bit of toppings on the fries. Not expecting a Michelin star experience obviously but wow.
