The staff at this location especially the older woman at the till does not care about the quality of service they provide. I work in the mall and when I choose to go to Taco Bell… Everytime they ask is It to go… I say yes and every time they don’t put it in a bag.. the lady today also tried to put my order in the smallest bag which then started to dump my fries supreme out in the bag. Her attitude gave “I dont give a shit “ vibes! With all the food choices in the mall I wouldn’t be coming again!!

Waited over half an hour for food and then order was wrong and I had to raise my voice because they chose to argue with me. By far the worst restaurant I've ever dealt with and I was not the only one who had been waiting this long probably a dozen people were waiting and all started complaining once I spoke up. I noticed other bad service while I waited and sat in foodcourt watching them. Not impressed at all and will never go back to this one again. DISGUSTED
