Wait times are pathetic, they have this problem of NOT USING TRAYS, like puppets, put everything in bags and totally disregard what you ask of them, the other day my mexi-melts were a complete joke with basically no cheese in them, look at my photos ! Staff totally not interested in what they do, I am a former chef, and do not waste your time or money going here !

Absolutely horrendous customer service, on a level I have not seen before. Almost 15 minutes straight of only 2 people waiting on food and not a single employee coming up front. Multiple people stood in line for 5 minutes and just walked away. No idea what the 4 of them were doing back there. I just wanted ketchup for the food I waited 15 minutes for (a crunch wrap and fries) and decided to go somewhere else for condiments since no one asked me if I wanted any. They just Dropped the bag off and walked back in the back again.
I'm amazed they turn a profit here without operating the till for that long at a time.

If you want uncooked food and argue over cheese for your nacho fries (that is clearly displayed on the menu) then this place is for you!

I don’t expect much from a fast food chain, but what I do expect is the speed, considering it is called FAST food. I was the only customer ordering at lunch time, the employee took 5 minutes putting in 2 tacos with no cheese on it. It was obvious she was new, but 5 mins to click some buttons is quite unnecessary. After my order was put in, I could see how slow they were making my tacos. I ordered at 11:09 and got my 2 tacos at 11:20. And I was the only customer.

I never wanted to have to review a fast food place in a food court, but here we are! We didn’t get the correct order, then went to correct it with the manager, who was already working the till. Then the cook came out from the back and immediately antagonized my pal. The cook said there’s no way he messed up the order, then crumpled the receipt and threw it at us, also it showed the correct information. He also said to never come back like is that a threat???? As we left, he childishly waved us off. I gave it a 2 star because I will admit, my order was exactly what I wanted, subpar Mexican food.

I work at the mall food court sadly no discount for mall employees :( anyways... in this experience, i will never had taco bell again. I ordered the 2 CHALUPAS SUPREME COMBO, and this is what i got. Sadly, i just wanted to grab an easy quick to go. Highly will not recommend this store
If you ask them any items on the flyer, they won't have that in stockKfc makes flyers not customersToo

Horrible service. All I did was ask for my straw to take a drink and they just kept talking to eachother and just proceeded to tell me "it will be in my bag"Please advise your workers to take care of customer service and to be present in the moment so that people can enjoy the food they purchased.Whom knows how long the people would be and I know I'd be thirsty when purchasing my food.

Food is great no doubt about it but the staff is very rude and does not even respond to our requests and most important thing is they dont know how to speak english i dont know where they from but they don’t understand what i was saying as she was not canadian so thats why she was being rude to me

Family of four out shopping, decided to grab something quick before heading home.We chose this Taco Bell/KFC (regretfully) and it was simply not worth it.I generally don't have high expectations for Taco Bell to start but these people did a great job of taking the bar even lower...Hard shell beef taco had barely any beef, shell was shattered.Immediately took it back and politely asked for replacement.2nd taco had even less meat than the first, mostly stuffed with lettuce.Beef burrito was mostly rice.Fries were bland and almost cold.At least they didn't mess up the kids popcorn chicken and 2 PC combos...Workers seemed annoyed and unpleasant.Will simply not bother with this location again.
