I was in Taco Bell today on Hyde Park Rd. waited 45 minutes for three tacos and french fries. The lady beside me was waiting over an hour for an order of chicken. This is absolutely ridiculous. We both ask for refunds and the manager told us just wait wait wait we’ll get your food. Very disappointing. Been too many Taco Bell‘s never been treated like that. Jeff Taylor.
First time visiting since their renovation. We waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes before our order was taken, then told the order would be 20-25 minutes. We waited 30 minutes then went on our way. I opened up my Veggie Bowl to find lettuce, tomato and cheese. Nothing else. Drove back with bowl in hand. Was told the staff had never made one and didn't know what was on it. Had to rhyme off the ingredients to the staff who is being paid. Unbelievable. Total incompetence.
