They are so Dame slo they nend to lurn to take more then one order at a time and ned to get ther kiosk to work.and it takes 3 ppl to put a taco in a single bag and takes 20 min to get ur food and it is cold when u get it

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I can’t let this one slide. Yes, the meat portions were stingy and the taco shells were a little stale. But what made my order disappointing was the crunch wrap. If anyone at the store sees this PLEASE listen to what I’m saying now. Whatever oil they used to pan fry or press the crunch wrap is RANCID. I didn’t smell it before I took a bite but as soon as I bit it, it tasted like old, rancid vegetable oil. I think I paid a solid $8 for a Crunchwrap I can’t eat and now I’m not feeling all that good from that one bite. So disappointed especially bc my order was fairly expensive. I tried calling to let them know the oil was rancid but it kept telling me the line was busy. I will never go to this location again and it’s a shame bc it’s closest me.

Love Taco Bell food but this location was so slow, and seemed to forget items in May peoples orders. The food was great but the staff seem confused/not well trained.

I am writing to report an issue I experienced at one of your drive-thru locations.

I specifically placed an order requesting no meat due to dietary restrictions. However, when I received my food and checked it later, I found that meat had been added to the item. This was disappointing, as this is not a minor preference but an important requirement for me.Unfortunately, because this was a drive-thru order, I did not realize the mistake until I had already left the location, which made it inconvenient to return and have the issue corrected.I understand that drive-thru environments can be busy, but I believe more care should be taken to ensure special instructions—especially dietary restrictions—are followed accurately. I hope this feedback can be used to improve order accuracy and communication between staff

Just spent over $50 for 2 meals which once we drove home realized the fries for each meal was missing, and we got a $7 fries surprise, with $7 for 8 fries photo attached. Never again. what a compete rip off

I was warned about this location by the guys at work, and of course- they were absolutely right!!!! Fairly easy order in my opinion:

8 soft tacos, with NO lettuce
(They even have the cashier prompt for a tip prior to receiving the food, which I regrettably did….)

Obviously, all my tacos had lettuce, possibly even extra lettuce…..so I will not be going there next Tuesday, or any day in the future.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever gotten.. ordered a combo #3 didn’t want tomato’s. Got 2 tacos and both had tomato’s on them, went back in to get the proper item was told to pick off the tomato’s that were under all the toppings.
