Even for fast food, this restaurant is terrible.
Nobody like the nacho fries and they pretend like they didn’t hear you say “regular fries”. You can’t understand what they’re saying and the order is always wrong and always late.

I wouldn’t get food here unless you enjoy only half of your Crunchwrap being filled and the other half just being straight tortilla. Time after time they mess up orders, make you wait, give you cold food and are stingy with the ingredients. I’d drive the extra 20 mins to go to another taco bell that actually gives you what you pay for.

This is possibly the worse location in london .. Extremely slow when placing a order extremely slow in getting you the order and food is never that good.
Staff is extremely rude when ask how much longer. being a fast food place they should be fast not 20 to 25 min to get your food every time you go.
This issue here needs to be addressed.

The staff doesnt look like they want to be there. The staff members were complete jokes and extremely rude as well

asked for nachos fries, they were good with it, didn’t seem like a problem. Got my fries, no nacho fries. just a plain fry. Turns out they did this to other victims too. so so messed up.

I don't normally write reviews but this one needs to be made aware of.

I had been craving Taco Bell for 2 weeks and finally last night my gf and I went to this location after work last night (haven't been home yet). We ordered on the Taco Bell app. The order was said to be ready at 6:22pm which is fine. We got gas for the car next door at the Canadian Tire gas bar to kill some time then went to the drive thru line up, it was long but that's ok, it's supper time, I get it.

Long story short, we didn't get our order until 7:05pm. I ended up going inside after being told to park. We were waiting parked for at least 20 mins or more! I went inside saying what the hell is going on here today? The man behind the counter said we've been busy. I said I get that but it has been well over a half an hour! I said to the guy behind the counter, I thought you forgot about us! Other customers were receiving their order and whatever. Time is precious and this was disrespectful. We didn't get home until 7:30pm. My gf asked for regular Mountain Dew and she got Baja Blast Mountain Dew (does not like) and I wanted chopped jalapeños on the side and I got jalapeños dipping sauce. 🤔 $47 for this headache, no thanks! My sauce packets that I asked for weren't in the bag because I found out later they were already added into our food. I've never seen it done like this before. 🤨 I won't be returning to this location.

Probably the worst Taco Bell in London, unfortunately, the closest to my house. I normally use the drive through, and it’s constant issues there aswell as inside. Waiting for 5 minutes at the mic saying “hello?” .. or mic not working, debit down.. always an issue, or it’s lined up 15 cars deep. You have probably a 75% chance of getting the correct items you ordered, and even then it’s often stale and very obviously been sitting around, if you don’t ask for hot sauce; they surely won’t ask you, and you’ll most likely get 2 packets.
