Really disappointed. I got 3 orders of the Thursday daily special today and ended up paying full price because I used the self-serve ordering system. When I asked why my order was charged full price, I was told that for daily specials I'm supposed to order at the counter or use the app. Huh? Nowhere in the restaurant does it say this, not even on the ordering systems they have. So what's the point of having them if they are not programmed with your daily deals? Get rid of them, fix them, or figure out a way to inform your customers. Jokes on me I guess it's my fault for using your useless tech. Didn't get my money back by the way.
