Incredibly greasy environment, takes too long to prepare the food which is sub-par at best and stomach-cramps painful at worst, and very rude and adamant when approached concerning complimentary items on their menu. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely would not recommend.

This place is awful. All of the above reviews voicing how terrible this place is were 100% accurate. First off, the order was way way WAY over priced for the quality of food. Second, the order was two hours late. I called twice to check on the order and was lied to both times; the first time they said it was on the way, the second time they claimed that it was not on the way and their lateness was due to the fact that they were 11km away. I live DOWN THE ROAD. OK. And to top it off, when they got here not only did the food suck but didn't include rice seeing that they were all out? Okay, first of all, what kind of Indian food restaurant runs out of rice? SECOND, I CALLED TWICE. WHY WAS THIS NOT MENTIONED WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER?! Lastly, after asking for a discount, the took off two dollars from what was already an overpriced meal. On the food, Campbell's could do a better job... Spend the extra buck on some decent Indian food folks. I am a student. Not worth it.

Ordered from here at least a few times. Last night will be the last time I'm paying for food from here. I ordered for delivery food from here. It is one of the cheaper places to get Indian food, and our budget doesn't cut it for better places (though that is very limited in London, Ontario). Delivery driver brought our food to the wrong building, and after texting with the driver, we eventually got our food which was cool at that point. Our order was missing items, and when we called them, they didn't seem to make a big deal out of the fact that parts of our order were missing. No, if things are missing, get somebody to drop that stuff off if they paid for it. Bad service.

This is literally the worst place ever. Ordered food and it came 1.5 hours late. Small portions, stale naan, butter chicken looked and tasted like tomato soup. Gross food, poor service.

Terrible experience. Ordered online, and it was 2 hours late. Order was wrong. Called the restaurant and they assured me the food was on it's way. It still took an additional 30 minutes. Food was cold. Found a stone in my food.. Completely awful.

Poor food quality I ordered channa masala and garlic nann. And nann are which we get from Walmart not indian nann which are made in tandoor. So if you like Indian food don't visit this restaurant

We couldn't find this store/restaurant even though we walked up and down the strip mall it is in twice to try finding it. No signage and no indication what went wrong. i thought it must have closed down and was going to report it as such, but i see reviews here that are only a few months old. Perhaps we just missed it, though it is hard to see how we could.
Food was great and didn't have to wait to long. All around a very experience and very good food.

This place is great, anyone who got bad service or food that was not to their liking was probably rude and mispronounced whatever they ordered. You must respect the Indian way of doing business here and when you do, ohhh man it's delicious!!! Also, they are open till like 3 every night and very reasonably priced with big portions!! They will take longer (like a lot) then they say but it's worth the wait, if your respectful :)

NOT an Indian Restaurant. It is a wing take out place that is owned by Indians who also have some FROZEN premade Indian food that they will microwave and sell you only if you ask about it. Big let down.
