Everything was good until the lady in the restaurant yelled at her coworker saying “you have to ask me everything, you can’t do it yourself”. I felt bad at that man. I wish I own a business, I would have offered a job to that man right away.

Worst pad thai.. he said most popular. Immediately I saw it and new it would be terrible . I said London doesn't know good pad thai but he didn't care total waste. Stratford Thai is the best .

I order a tofu with extra veggies and it isn’t any different then the regular tofu one I normally order and I live an hour away so I’ll be returning to the store tomorrow :(

So they obviously have new owners because the food actually had flavour before. I got the “Thai fried rice” which was bland and flavourless as hell compared to the last time i got it pre pandemic. They use canned pineapple now which is gross. Tastes nothing like a fresh pineapple. The worst mistake a restaurant can make is using canned fruits or veggies. The chicken is now in tiny pieces instead of big chunks. The ingredients that aren’t rice are super scarce.m, so its nice to get a bowl of rice for $14 when it cost them about $2 to throw all those things together. Service sucks now too, no communication skills they just stare at you. Also it’s a very progressive decision they made to switch from the cardboard takeout boxes to generic plastic bowls. ?? * sarcasm * now switch back so i can pretend the food tastes better. Not as though I’ll be back so do as you please.

I had a mini beef Noodle bowl. I just wanted a snack, not a meal. The mini beef bowl was great. Snack size and tasty with a good amount of chicken for protein.
Order beef pho, disgusting... u guys should be ashamed of yourself. Cold broth no flavour, i hope this place goes out of business!!!

I lived in Thailand for over 15 years, The other day, I had tom yung goon or shrimp soup. Your food is hideous ! 1 you don't put fish sauce in it, 2 it doesn't come with noodles, it comes with rice . never go eat their food

I have been going to Thai Express for years. I have always found the food to be consistent. This was not the case. Easily the worst experience at a Thai Express. Had pad Thai and general TSO chicken. Neither my wife or I were satisfied. We ended up throwing most of it out and getting food elsewhere. Such a WASTE.

we ordered basil fried rice with beef.The meat was chewy and had an awful taste..was also rubbery.Rice wast cooked enough. The platter barely had pineapple( 5 small pieces)..Not recommended.

Ordered off of Ubers eats today and ordered 2 general Thairacha. Didn’t taste anything like chicken, all I smelt and tasted was fish. Seems like they don’t clean the pans before cooking someone’s order. Horrible experience
