The Tom Yum soup was edible. It was a large portion I guess, but for that price, it should be warranted that it’s large. I ordered a seasonal dish that they didn’t give me took off the menu as soon as my order was done processing and gave me some hodgepodge slop that I couldn’t tell you what it was by comparing it to the menu. I don’t know what it was. It didn’t taste good it didn’t look good. It was thrown out after a few bites and the pad Thai if you can call it pad, Thai had nothing in it like literally had nothing in it not a single one of the advertised toppings or ingredients was in it. It was just noodles sauce and like five pieces of slivered chicken I like Mall court food. I’m not picky. I do really like good food as well but I also like bang for your buck cheap greasy Americanized garbage and this isn’t even that this is the worst experience I’ve had in 35 years of going to restaurants, food courts, and food trucks. I have honestly never quite felt so ripped off. It’s nothing less than blatant deliberate neglect it’s one thing to not match a photo, but to not even be the same thing and then the other thing have zero of the advertised ingredients like come on if it wasn’t for the soup being edible, I would’ve just gotten a full refund, but I learned my lesson I will never ever ever get food from this location again I might try the other one in a few years But this particular location, please don’t waste your time. Read the other reviews. Your chances of getting a good meal is like winning the lottery. It’s not worth it. It’s not worth your time and money and disappointment and inevitable hunger after ordering food.
The picture included as the so-called pad Thai The noodles were not good. There was nothing in it. It was just an oily sweet sauce with virtually no flavor. It’s the worst I’ve ever had. You’re better off getting frozen pad Thai. I’m not trying to be funny honestly.
Of the things that were supposed to be in it there was no eggs, bean sprouts, green onion, tofu and salted radish And barely any chicken there was literally nothing in it, but noodle and some shredded chicken And it’s apparently supposed to come with lime juice on the side and some crushed peanuts, which obviously didn’t
If you’re ordering online or in person, there’s plenty of better restaurants in the city in that vicinity and there’s definitely better things to order in that food court

I don't recommend the pad thai. Mediocre at best, even for food court standards. Expensive plastic bowl full of slimy noodles topped with stale chicken. The best part of the meal was the bottled root beer. Next time I'll get the sushi 2 stalls over.

Rude cook. Asked for a bag and he chucked it
Something’s not right about this place
They seem shady and overcharge
Also, they serve the hot food in really cheap plastic bowls
I fell sick with a stomach bug after eating their pad see ew which was supposed to be their Sunday “special”
There was mostly noodles tossed in TON of soy sauce and barely any veggies. Meat seemed questionable.
Iced tea was leaking and did not taste fresh either.
Never eating here again.

New favourite place to eat in Masonville! Cooked fresh in front of you (very entertaining, with flames and skill). Very flavourful. They asked if I wanted mild, medium, or spicy, and because Thai (duh!) I chose medium. That was correct, though I have a high threshold for spicy food. Medium is flavourful but not painful. Yes yes I know, for some people no meal is complete without the feeling of pain. Well I am sure you can get that here if you want. The spice builds as you eat, though, so don't be disappointed on the first bite (my lips and tongue can feel it now).

I had a bad experience around midday on Saturday. The cashier was rude and looked irritated when I kindly asked for a bag to take away my food. We bought a green curry chicken and rice and vegetable pad thai. When we got the pad thai, the lid in the container was partially open. There were no other customers so the carelessness and rush baffled me. Also be careful, it doesnt seem like chicken is cooked thoroughly. It seemed a bit raw and they finished preparing meal in about 3 minutes.
