I first tried this restaurant around 3 years ago and loved it. I moved to Toronto and nothing in the area quite hit the spot like these guys did. I recently came to visit family and brought them all for dinner and the food and service was nothing short of phenomenal. Glad to see even after 3 years the quality has remained top tier.

We ordered delivery from here a day ahead of time and selected a delivery time to align with scheduling. The order was nearly 30 minutes late with no explanation provided for the delay.
Beyond that, the quality was lower than expected - missing ingredients in some of the dishes and several of them were not cooked as described in the menu (no breading? No crispy onions?). They also did not deliver any of the drinks we ordered.
Overall, not impressed with this one and likely won’t be selecting them again when the opportunity arises.

As soon as the order was placed, I tried calling to ask for help with it (ie; to cancel it asap before they started preparing it). I called multiple times over the span of about an hour and nobody picked up. My order updated to being received/completed even though I never got it.

Ordered take out for the chicken pad Thai and the thaifoon rolls… amazing! Very fresh and flavourful. I’ve ordered it about 3 times now and each time it’s the same perfection! The best Pad Thai I’ve had in the London area.

I just want to say that I have been ordering from his restaurant for the last 2 months and I love it. I frequently get their chilli chicken and street style pad Thai and it reminds me of my trip to Thailand. The only complaint I had once was that I felt there wasn’t enough chicken in the pad Thai, I wrote a note today on my uber eats order and requested nicely if they could put a little more chicken, and to my surprise they did. I have recommended Thaifoon to countless friends and they all love it, I will continue to be a customer in the future. Thanks for your kindness

Had an excellent Monday night meal here last night. It was our first time in this location and our server (we missed her name unfortunately!) was extremely warm and hospitable. The food was excellent and the portions were generous, and our server offered us delightful complimentary shots made with apple, brandy, and rum because it was our first time visiting them. A truly wonderful experience in downtown London!
