The Alley has a really nice layout with lots of seating to hang out and enjoy drinks ! It's in a super convenient location and easy to get to — plus there’s plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus.

The best part is they are open late and there is lots of parking! Polite and friendly service from the baristas and yummy and freshly made drinks!

Highly recommend their Royal N.9 Milk Tea as well (not pictured). Their tapioca is made fresh and in-house I believe.

I found the quality of their drinks depends on who is the barista. I usually order Derioca, Taro, Crunchy series and Trio but sometimes it was not good, and the sweet level was not satisfactory. The cute girl who made my drinks yesterday was pretty decent. All 3 drinks were great, the sweetness was made just right! The brown sugar boba is excellent as always!
