I was thoroughly disappointed with the Rasmalai pastries I ordered yesterday. They tasted like vanilla cream on a dense, hard sponge with a sour note. The experience was so unpleasant that I've decided to never order from this establishment again.

I ordered a cake and was very disappointed. Despite sending a photo for reference, the cake arrived in the wrong color. The cream tasted like chemicals, and even the bread had a chemical and medicinal smell. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Not recommended.
Tried to buy some items today and nobody came to the counter. Totally empty store. I was alone in the store waiting, ringing the bell, yelling to whoever was in the back (I could see someone moving back there through the crack in the door) for more than 15 minutes before I gave up. Ridiculous. You have definitely lost my business and I won't be recommending this business to anyone.

Much more improved quality than last year. Loved the recent visit and extremely satisfied with the food and service provided. I had pineapple cake which was delicious with real fruit, fresh bread, and beautifully decorated as I requested.

I bought a birthday cake it’s just a scam it was $48 bucks for like a $12 cake and it was wrinkly, tasted so bad like eew and it’s icing was so bad it’s a total scam awful place will never visit

The owner was very rude and abrasive when speaking to me over the phone. I was trying to explain how an app he is taking part in works but he kept talking over me. He said there were prices for walk in and different prices for the app user. He didn’t follow the guidelines. So in terms of dealing with this store through food apps, I highly discourage it. You don’t get what is suggested through the app and he will become abrasive if you try to explain.

Went in to pick up some.items for a neighbour and no one was in the shop. I rang the bell and waited after picking out some packaged goods but no one came. Dead yellow jackets all over the display. I left after no one coming out. Someone could.walk in and steal everything and no one would notice. Not many optionsEdit to answer; there was a silver bell.sitting on the counter at the back definitely. It was the kind you push on top. The counter was high and wooden. I left two plastic containers of cookies on the counter when I left. Definitely the right store.

It is actually a waste of money. We bought a pastry and we threw it after taking one each bite. The quality of product and customer service is too poor.The taste is of the cream is the worst and the cake is never good. If there was an option to give no star, l would have done that.

I always promote small businesses. I know that small business get hit with big box competitors. That was why I preferred to go to The Baked Bites House. The guy at front was talking in some other language to me. The pastry tasted very bad. The whipping cream is of a lesser quality one. Overall the experience is very lower than my expectation. I never recommend anyone to go there.
