I had a baking emergency, I called and asked to purchase some buttercream and with no hesitation he was happy to help. When I got there, he didn't even want to charge me for it so I was happy to leave a tip instead. I also got the coconut biscuits, and they are delicious! He was friendly and kind and helped me to make my family's weekend special with the frosting for the bunny cake I worked so hard to make and would have otherwise had no frosting.
