Had dinner at The Bun-Hot Pot Buffet and it was such a great experience! The hot pot is delicious with lots of fresh food and so many choices. The service was really friendly and attentive, and I love that they even offer parking assistance—it makes everything so easy. Definitely one of the best hot pot places I’ve been to, can’t wait to come back!

Food was fresh and high quality, especially for AYCE format. Very quiet for a weekend evening and service was very fast.

I had a fantastic time at this place today. It’s the only AYCE hot pot in town, and I’ll definitely be back to have a game. There’s been a lot of improvement since it started about half a year ago.

Have been here a few times for hot pot and noticed they now offer grilled oysters. Thought it would be noisy since it’s a Saturday night, but it was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The oysters were very fresh. The only downside was the long wait. The oyster came after we were almost done eating. We ordered six, but they only had three available. Aside from that, everything was great.

They had a special which was pretty special during a rock concert. While it was a little pricey for the oysters it was really good quality. It was pretty chilly this day but they displayed great hospitality.

Don't come here to eat, there are no dishes displayed on Google Maps. The waiter in this restaurant has a bad attitude. There is no menu to show how much it is, but only a verbal quotation. Because it is a hot pot buffet, we chose the Yuanyang pot. When I checked out, I found that the spicy butter soup base costs 10 dollar and the tomato soup base costs 5 dollar, which he didn't say it will cost before. He put the two of us at a table without lights, and the experience was very bad. There are few dishes to choose from. In the end, the price was very expensive, 40 dollar per person. After we reacted with him, the average person was only 2 dollar less.

It was really delicious place and I do really recommend it for anyone in London looking to have AYCE hot pot!! The only issue I have with this is the fact it's been advertised everywhere as $20 per person and the person who recommended this place online said $20 per person. Our bill came to be $36 dollars per person after tax and I do not understand how the bill is that high when the price has been advertised to be $20 everywhere.. There was also no mention of the price anywhere on the menu or in the store. I was definitely shocked, while it is worth it I didn't appreciate being surprised by how much more I had to pay when I expected $20 - $25 from the advertisements all over xiaohongshu.

Worth the $36 dollars for sure, just wish for you guys to advertise the price properly in the future..

tbh the place is like a mess. dirty floor and greasy tables. the food is meh. the environment is so bad mostly because of customers who doesn’t know how to eat and behave in restaurants. partly is cuz of all dirty tables literally hire more employees!!!

I’m not coming back there again

waiter? No! Vegetables and meat? No one can fix it! Half an hour after entering the store, three tables were empty and no one was taking them. I don’t know where I got the courage to open a hotpot restaurant. Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention that the table is foldable. I really admire it.

Let’s not talk about the taste of the food, because I didn’t get it after waiting for a long time. I called a day in advance to ask for a location and was told that no location was needed, just come directly. Went to the store when it opened at 4:30, but it didn't seem to open because nothing was ready. The waiter came in and asked if I had an appointment. Then I said that the boss told me that I didn't need it, and the waiter told me "I need to wait until the boss comes back." After waiting for 20 minutes, I couldn't help but asked the waiter, "If the boss doesn't come back, will I not be able to eat hot pot?" The waiter said yes. Then I called the boss at 4:50, and he said that he had gone to replenish the goods, but the items were gone, and he would be back in three minutes. The door opens at 4:30 in the afternoon, but you haven't finished replenishing your things, and I haven't come back until almost 5 o'clock. I have no choice but to leave directly because I can't wait any longer. I don’t know how to comment, but a customer who came in after me also waited for a long time and was told that he could not eat until the boss came back. Another table had a reservation for 4:30. I kept drinking water there when I left. I really don’t know how I made this reservation.

The meal was served extremely slowly. After sitting for half an hour, I didn’t even get a glass of water.
