We had a cookies and cream and a kitkat cookie. My grandson and I both enjoyed these and kit kat was a tad better. The cost was $12 for2.

I’ve been excited for quite some time to try The Cookie Place, although I live an hour and 10 minutes from here so it’s extremely rare for me to visit London. I am here for a few days and thought I’d make the most of it by finally trying out The Cookie Place.
I ordered online to make sure I secured the ones I wanted. I got 2 Reese cookies, 2 smores, 2 m&ms, 1 kinder, and 1 chocolate chip. So it wasn’t the cheapest order, but I was more excited for the cookies so I didn’t mind!
Upon arriving to the store, the atmosphere is beautiful, simplistic chic vibes. The layout of the cookies is so drawing, I don’t know how anyone could walk out without buying anything. I was so excited to be there!
A lady came out from the back, she did not look very happy, wasn’t overly friendly at all. Which is fine maybe she wasn’t having a great day, but she was very quick and short with me. I got my cookies and went back to where I’m staying. I thought it was interesting 8 cookies were all in one tiny box, but they were in 4s stacked beside each other. Again, different as I thought they’d be in a box where you can see them all but that’s okay. Until I realized one of my S’more cookies was in the middle of the pile, so the cookie on top of it got stuck, ripping out some of the marshmallow, some got on the Reese cookie, then the Reese chocolate fell off, I was a little frustrated.
Just not exactly the whole experience I wanted from here but the cookies do taste good. So far I have eaten an M&M, and a s'more, both taste great. Just expected better presentation for spending money on gourmet cookies. Hate when my cookies are stuck together and then toppings get pulled off.

This place is sooo good. The staff who helped us with our order was so friendly. As it was our first time coming, she took the time to explain the different options and was so helpful with selection. I would recommend this to anyone with a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed! The kinder cookie was unreal!

Absolutely amazing cookies and service!! The cookies are perfection. Soft and chewy on the inside, the right amount of crisp on the edges and the ingredients taste very rich. Definitely recommend.
