This place is ah-freakin-mazin' <3 <3 <3

The first time I ate here was over a decade ago...back when the Holy Diver space was the Nite Owl (oh the places it has been!!) The Bird has went through a few menu changes/ownership since then, but since inception, this place has remained consistent and incredible!!!

I've been wanting to try this place for years, but it was just okay. The service was slow, and it seemed like there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant. She appeared to focus a lot on a particular table, and didn't check in with us to see how we liked our food. The French toast with goat cheese was overpowered by a strong flavor. The restaurant was quite cold, making it hard to feel comfortable.
