The person messed up veg and non veg bowls, ultimately ended up fasting at lunch. After 1 hr long drive from london to st thomas just to realize my order was messed in cause they forgot to right which one was which. Worst part one of our co-worker after eating it felt nauseous

We were in London for a few days for a few medical appointments. We always like to explore new food places whenever we travel. I had the nourish bowl (loved it🤩🤩). My fiancee had the Bandera bowl( also loved it🤩🤩). We even went as far as asking if the business is potentially looking to open in the Essex county area, especially near the university.. The food would be a hit with the university and college students. We would definitely try more of their menu whilst we're in town.

I really wanted to love this place because I love eating healthy. But, I have to rate honestly and maybe there could be changes made based on the downfall. I just found the price to be too much for a bowl and the quantity of ingredients weren’t enough. The chicken for instance is completely lost in my bowl. It’s cut into small pieces and it’s nowhere near enough. That’s why I added on the bacon crumbs, which is a bit hard and chewy so I would have preferred more chicken. The avocado add on was just a few extremely thin slices. Not worth it. I ended paying $30 for my bowl and I felt like I’m paying that for greens. I really think Management needs to rethink the ratios of the toppings, especially when you pay extra. Overall even the taste wasn’t great for me. A more flavourful grilled chicken would be nice. I hope there can be improvements made and then I will try again in the future. Take my notes as me trying to be very honest and helpful.🫶

Ordered a caesar salad through Uber Eats. Got absolute rip-roaring diarrhea several hours after.
Very disappointed as the Masonville location has always been safe to consume. I suspect there may be a cleanliness issue or staff hygiene issue.

I grab lunch here frequently. It’s delicious, healthy and filling. A salad bowl and soup (GF/Vegan) is $25 and I always feel good after eating here. The restaurant itself is also very clean and the service is direct and welcoming. My only ask is to increase the tofu portion on the golden curry bowl 🙏.

I love The Green Window. I’ve ordered for myself as well as larger orders for groups. Everything is always done well. Big hit if you’re bringing lunch for an office. Pricey but filling and well worth the cost for a healthy lunch. However no free parking at downtown location.
