I love the green window. Yes, it feels a bit expensive. But the bowls are always so delicious, fresh, flavourful and very filling! I always find the portions large and full. Great topping options as well. My favourite lunch splurge when I’m working

I love this restaurant. The food is super healthy and delicious. But even better, everyone there is lovely and super helpful. There is never an issue, orders are always in time and correct and there have even been times when I’ve needed extra help and they have always helped without an issue. I can’t say enough nice things.

Ordered the Maple Chicken Salad for a late lunch and it is delicious! Definitely enough for 2 portions, so it's worth the price, and loaded with toppings. My only small criticism is that they're skimpy with the dressing container, especially for how big the salad is. Next time I'd get an extra dressing container. Will definitely order again though!

Friendly staff, great choice of ingredients, dressing and vinagrettes selection could use a little more choices, and the one big issue that stopped me from giving a 5 star review is they have tomato as an ingredient on their menu but it's not tomato, it's cherry tomato. There's a big difference in taste. Please specify on your menu that it's cherry tomato and I hope you add tomato as an ingredient in the near future. Other than that great place to order salad.

I've read reviews about your stores and most seem great, but we were not impressed with the food at RibFest this weekend. My wife is severe Celiac and your booth was really the only place she could eat. She ordered the Sesame Chop. We're assuming that because it was a food festival the choices were limited. She asked for no wontons or toasted cashews (separate dietary issue). When she came back to our table she said it was almost $20 but I thought it was so big she'd get 2 meals out of it. Once she started eating she realized that there was maybe 1 teaspoon of shredded carrots, 2 tablespoons of edaman, 16 slices of quartered small cucumbers and 1 teaspoon of the cabbage. The entire bowl was filled to the brim with lettuce. She'd asked for minimal dressing and got a large container of it. There were 3 good sized slices of tofu, but no knife was supplied to cut it. She went back to complain about it and your staff asked if she'd like them to mix it up for her! There was no apology or offer to refund. She came back to the table, ate what toppings were there and gave the full bowl of lettuce back. You took over the Masonville shop where Freshii used to be and we were going to try you out but that definitely will not be happening after this.

Delicious. But not offering water or any drinks other than the few they have is a bit of a letdown.

I love the food but I find it very expensive. I asked for a side dressing and it was 2.75, that’s a bit aggressive considering you’re paying for a $20 salad.. but I do it anyways because it is good.

I have ordered salads/bowl two or three times and every time same young girls in their early 20s serve me….. the salads are not good (raw chicken last week) Different every time! Last order was 5 salads over $100, complete garbage! Won’t be back to West Five ever again. Shame that older female workers sit on their phones behind counter while young female worker runs around doing everything.
