Pathetic food. I ordered their loaded nachos....the chips were rotten with bad stinky smell. Their toppings were ok but tge chicken they used for nachos was hard and chewy with no taste. I ordered their crispy chicken burger. It was also cold and no effort put into making it. They use frozen chicken pattie and not made at their kitchen. Waste of money. I went back to complain but they already close 1 hour prior to the mentioned time on google. I wish I could give zero star

Doh! This used to be my absolutely favourite burger place. $6.99 for a 6oz cheddar burger was a ridiculously good deal on a beautiful burger. Then the place got sold and burgers went to a very reasonable $7.99. They are easily worth $8.99. They are currently on sale for $5.99 and are now 4oz. However, something else happened. The meat changed and not for the better. It is now mushy and, I think, full of filler. The burger has a middle east taste that is not a good mix and there is absolutely zero beef flavour (and I eat Middle Eastern food 3-4 times a week). As with almost all restaurants in London, the tables are also super FILTHY!
Thus, this is now my absolute least favourite burger place and that makes me sad. If the owners read this, take out the flavouring and filler. Beef and maybe an egg to keep it together, ONLY. Your ingredients could look fresher and better too, especially do not show anything but pink patties. Charge more, if you must but something tells me you are wondering why business has slowed. I would not eat another $5.99 special for free. You goofed up so fix it quick. Charge $8.99 and make the burger freaking legendary. Maybe charge extra for cheese but have 2-3 different kinds. Raise the price later to $9.99. Smash burgers are the way. Make sure you have bacon, even if it is beef or turkey bacon. You MUST offer a bacon.Maybe add poutine to the menu. I really hope you do not continue on the way you are. PS I now have heart burn.

Oh my gosh. While I was in London for an appointment, we decided to check out some quick grab and go restaurants on Google, trying to find a gem. Reviews seemed good here, people rave about their burgers. That was the absolute most disgusting burger I have ever tasted in my life. It is mush on the inside (too much breadcrumbs) and charred on the outside. The spices they add to it are just weird, can't even pinpoint what it was. Absolutely terrible. I got a poutine as well, gravy was cold, cheese was cheap and it was just a soggy mess, so nasty. Highly do not recommend 🤮 $50!!!! For a burger, poutine, 4 pickle spears and a shawarma wrap... For it to be so gross and disappointing, I can't believe how expensive it was.

It’s supposed to close at 10pm I drove 30 minutes we were 5 guys trying to eat food and the worker goes like the owners hate me they said close the store if it’s not busy!!!!!!!!

Great food, great service. I was able to customize my own food and I wanted it. Cut up New York steak with fattoush salad! LOVED
My family and I love this place!! We have been coming here for years. The new owners and staff is just as amazing as before and the food is soo yummy!! Plus you get a ton of food for a good price as well!!! Wish I could give 10 stars 🌟
Update: unfortunately quality has gone down across the board. No longer the hidden gem it once was.

I regret having to give even one star. They failed to honour the request to have less sauce and drowned the food in sauce, then claimed it was due to the delivery why the sauce was everywhere. It drenched the paper used to wrap the food. Careless and thoughtless. Then you will make a new meal, but I must pick it up after I have paid so much for the food and its delivery. This is the last time I will ever order from them again—awful experience.
