I usually don’t return to a place after I receive less than standard customer service. However, not only do I continue to come to the Icecream bowl, I even recommend it to friends and coworkers. Although the ice cream is quite good, the service is extremely dissatisfactory.On every occasion that I’ve come here, the server always seems to be inconvenienced to assist me with bringing her business. If you ask to try a flavour, they’re reluctant and seem discouraged to comply. Mind you, it’s not like we ask for samples and don’t buy anything. I’ve brought about a dozen of my nieces, nephews, & cousins here and we always spend a decent amount at this establishment.Although I don’t want to assume, I did come here once with my coworker who is white. I noticed a significant improvement in the way she was treated even though it was her first time and I was the one who recommended it. Anyways, long story short, this place really needs to improve on the way they treat their customers, not sure if all customers have this experience or just poc.

Had 2 scoops of the Dunkaroo ice cream because my 10 year old self would hate me if I didn’t order that. The scoops were huge. They do not cheap out on the portions. Ice cream was really good. Very different and yes, reminded me of Dunkaroos!

I walk past this shop often at the market but this time I decided to stop and buy a tub of Bubblegum ice cream and some Maple fudge. I was not disappointed, now I can't wait to go and grab some more flavors to try!

Once every 2 years I try this place, and I just can’t get on board. The white base for any of their flavours always tastes like "icey white" no vanilla or custard, and the mix-in flavours seem skimped on. I tried their coconut cream pie and it tasted like “white” with flakes of white in it. No toasted coconut, no coconut cream flavour. Then I tried the banana caramel, and it did taste like banana, but the caramel was undetectable. A great opportunity for a thick handmade salted caramel ripple, but they seem to make their ice cream for looks and not flavour. Portion was big!
Delicious flavor, natural ingredients. I tried the Skor and Strawberries and Cream. Definitely going back!
