Went to our annual work party at the keg and we were shocked that the cauliflower bites and lentil Shepard pie were both removed from the menu. The only vegan option was a salad leaving two plant based diners with nothing to eat.
Very disappointing for a chain of this caliber in 2025. Next year weâre taking our large group, and budget, to Moxies or Milestones, both of whom actually offer several proper plant-based entrĂ©es. Hope The Keg brings back real vegan options soon.

Overall, we had an enjoyable evening at The Keg. Our waitress was very friendly and personable, and the food and drinks were excellent, as expected. However, the level of service didnât quite meet the standard weâve come to expect from The Keg. There are definitely opportunities to improve the service to match the quality of the food and atmosphere.

We had a great experience for dinner. The young server wish could remember her name. She was fantastic took care of us so well and great attitude. Food was amazing!! Just the bench seats are a tad close to each other. Feels a bit in your face while eating an expensive meal.

Celebrated our anniversary there and Katie made it memorable by surprising us with dessert when she found out, really appreciated the gesture.

While being seated, the hostess grabbed menus out of another employees hands without any acknowledgement. It was an immediate turn off as someone who has worked in this industry. One of our drinks had lipstick stains around the rim and neither the bartender or waitress noticed. We weren't expecting a birthday dessert but it was kindly offered and taken away from us. Just would of been nice, if they were to go the extra mile and offer it to-go, as it was a birthday bonus. Food/ambiance was good as always, minimal check ups but I've had better experiences at the North location.

The butter is all I care about. The bread and butter ooof made me feel like I was melting. The steak was good too but that butter and bread got me goooood The booth itself couldâve been better it felt like I was gonna slide all the way down.
But hey if youâre looking for some good bread and butter I recommend it.

What is going on with this place and location and mostly management?? This place today was sooo unorganized with people who didnât even book me in for my reservation because she âaccidentally forgotâ not to mention, I know the service was slow because of being busy which I understood.. but can someone explain the TERRIBLE LIGHTING AT NIGHT IN DINING ROOM??? Like I had a couple beside me like yep Iâm ready to go.. my eyes were burning because of how dark it was⊠like I mean bad, it was annoying.. it was so dark (wasnât under a lamp) and it was so dark.. like we had to rush and eat.. very disappointed in all of it tbh- Iâd start with not dimming the lights.. simple fix- leave them be normal.. so many ppl around me were like this is not comfortable at allâŠ..
