The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Masonville

The servers here are very attentive and provide excellent service, making the whole meal feel comfortable and enjoyable. The only minor downside is that the bill took a little while to arrive, but overall it was a wonderful experience.

Do not order the burger here. Save your time by going to McDonald’s and ordering a Big Mac because they taste identical. My bun was very soggy, and dripping in sauce. We waited 30 mins for two burgers, when McDonald’s has the same quality (except these burgers didn’t have that frozen taste McDonald’s has).

The fries were atrocious. They tasted like sad cardboard. Barely salted, not crispy, tough like cardboard. I’ve made better frozen fries at home.

The Caesar salad was just as bad. Wendy’s has fresher, better tasting salad than here. I would recommend going to Wendy’s if you want good salad.

I thought for $25 a burger the food would have better quality control, but save your money and go get fast food, cooked up by teenagers, which has better consistency.

I brought my girlfriend here for our 1-year anniversary a couple months back. We ordered oysters to have come out with our entrée. When we got the food, the oysters were sitting in pretty much just water as if they were made 20 minutes before. They were also full of shards, every single one of them (wasn’t a massive deal but come on, you could at least take them out). The steak was fine but the beans and other vegetables were mushy and unappetizing. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to make a scene on our anniversary. The service was good but I probably won’t come here again. The meal was ~$100 and I’ve bought $15 ribeyes at T&T and they tasted better.

We were celebrating our 56th wedding anniversary at The Keg at Masonville London tonight. The food tonight exceeded our expectations. The shrimp were delicious, the mixed green salad was so fresh and yummy and the entrees of salmon and steak sandwich were outstanding.
Server was okay. Nothing special. Give him that this was a very special anniversary for us, I arrived early and had a red rose on the table when we arrived. I actually thought that the cake might have stepped up and provided a Prosecco or some acknowledgment our accomplishment of being together for 56 years. This would indeed have taken our special evening over the top. Unfortunately this didn't happen and it was a missed opportunity for the keg.

Amazing place great food super service

Considering it was a family gathering, it was very nice. In this particular financial climate, where I frequent them no.

Good food and service. Love the Tuna tartare, calamari and margaritas from here. Although, I placed a pick up order of the tuna tartare and only got a few pcs of the chips and missing the sauce for the tuna (had to make it myself) 🥹. Would still come back though!

An excellent place to dine and celebrate special moments, with outstanding steaks.

Poorly trained service staff. No water to table, failed to bring bread and butter to table, then took away bread and butter before you’re even finished… forget being asked for a refill. One single mint brought to the table.

I love the keg but for me now, it will only be for special occasions. I realize costs go up but I was shocked by how much their prices had increased. I'm usually a steak fan there but this time I chose prime rib, I know that there is always fat in prime rib but I swear that when I upgraded to 14oz, I literally got 4oz extra of fat. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals, and they did look good. I would go back but I think I'm going to stick to steak on my bbq for the summer.

Great service and amazing food. I recently got the 18oz. prime rib, and they did not skimp on the servings. Easily the best Keg I have visited.

Food was decent, not what you would expect from the keg. Potatoes were cold like they had been sitting for a while, and steak wasn't even close to medium rare. Our waitress was more worried about socializing with other staff than us. She forgot napkins/knives/sourcream/dessert overall, not a very good experience.
