The food is always good and the service is consistent. This is my favorite place to go. I appreciate it that they always ask if we celebrate a special occasion. I went there for my Birthday one time and when we mentioned it they brought us a cake and offeredto take our photo. This is good customer service.

The Keg is my favorite restaurant. I have been recommending to my friends every time. This is the brand that I must go to every time I am on business trip. Two London Keg are both below my expectation. The other one is not great on the food. But This one the service is terrible. I really doubt the waitress is a racist. She asked the customer about food quality and other restaurant feelings very frequently, But kept ignoring my table. Then Even the asian girl on the other table would like to have bill, She has to raise her hand and shout towards the waitress so many times and finally got attention. But the even worse thing is until I finished my dinner and paid my bill, that asian girl was still waiting for her bill. This happened on Saturday. On Sunday, luckily I was assigned to a different waitress. She is polite, asking about the food. But when it's bill time, I was even not given a chance to choose the tip. She just put everything in it and put machine in front of me. This never happened at any Keg that I had ever visited. I really got shocked about the service standard and quality that different Keg store offers.

Last night we had the worst meal at a restaurant for a long time. 3 of 4 meals were terrible and we made a mistake not sending it back - we should have. So recommending if you get a bad meal — send it back. But 3 of 4??? Tough spot. We brought more fat home for the dog than the person who order the Prime Rib dinner……… ate!

This was probably the worst food I have ever ordered/ experienced in London.I did a pick up order so I cant rate the service or atmosphere but the order was a complete disasterI ordered a steak medium rare and the steak I received was completely raw with no sear marks at all.The garlic bread with cheese was completely inedible so much garlic it would burn your mouth.The ribs were overcooked and tough to eatWith the fries undercookedTo be honest the only good part of this meal was the free bread that came with the order.My order was #46960783I'm not sure if this is because it was a pick up order but I would not recommend eating here

The food was good but the atmosphere and service was not what I remembered of the Keg . The tables were crowded together and the staff were rushing us, pushy and the manager asked us to move to the bar area as soon as we got our bill. We would have enjoyed coffee and dessert but they weren't offered. We remember the Keg prior to 2020 that offered good food, good service and a lovely quiet atmosphere where you could enjoy your meal. This experience was not what we remembered.. very disappointing.

We usually love the Keg but have to say our experience was really disappointing.We had a reservation for 6:15. Got checked in and sat and waited and waited. At 6:30 they asked for our name after we had literally been sitting there watching their 5 hostesses seat people with later reservations. They then asked for our name again and yup our table had already been readyOur server was nice enough having dropped a fork on my husband when we first walked in. But it did take about 10 minutes to be seen once we sat down.The food was OK. They discontinued their baked Brie so we had a mushroom dip which was just alot of cream cheese and more bread. We also got the sliders which 2 of 4 were really fatty. Which is disappointing when you pay $7.50 each.Lastly our server asked if we wanted a dessert menu to which we said yes. And about 15 minutes later just drops the bill off. No dessert menu and at that point we said forget it. We will just go somewhere else for dessert.I tried giving feedback online using their QR code as they suggest but their online form did not work on either mine or my my husbands iPhone.We really found it to be a series of unfortunate events and disappointing when we were so excited to go there.
Great place to dine, some of the seating is way too close together, makes it awkward for staff and patrons to navigate through, otherwise great service.
Devin made our day ultra memorable. We really appreciated his attention to detail and manners. Fantastic service and food, would strongly recommend.
