The loading me very ?♀️ fast my appointment was at 9A.m now loaded at 9:30 A.m
If you have pickup don’t come early your appointment they don’t have ready product before your appointment so I suggest don’t trust your dispatch rather than if you are city driver then never mind spent your hour here but if you are on miles you have to think i spent16 hours here

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the way employees are treated at the Cakierie. It has become clear that employee well-being is not a priority, and individuals are often regarded as just numbers rather than valued team members.
My mother, who had been a dedicated employee, recently had a family emergency in Alberta. She kept HR informed as best as she could. Unfortunately, Sherri from HR failed to respond in a timely manner and, instead of communicating directly, sent my mother a notice of termination by mail. When my mother applied for Employment Insurance, she was told that Sherri had falsely stated that my mother quit, when in fact, she was fired. This misrepresentation has caused financial hardship for my mother.
This incident is not an isolated case. I have seen other employees disciplined for needing to attend to family emergencies or take care of their sick children. Denying caregivers the opportunity to attend to their family obligations is not only inconsiderate but also a violation of legal rights.
This situation reflects a lack of respect, compassion, and empathy toward employees. I hope this feedback encourages the company to take a more humane approach in handling employee matters going forward.

Got hired here as a team lead , everything was fine for the first day , not till the next day I asked the woman training me if this was right , she must of been having a bad day because she started blatantly calling me stupid and telling me “people like you should work here if it’s hard” mind you I did what I was supposed to do I just asked her to double check and see if it was right, witch it was , she then continued to speak under her breath , the next day she was straight rude and “racist” to me I brought it to HR and the boss and told them I will not be returning if this didn’t resolved , I called the government to file a complaint, they then told the government that they fired me and this never happened, all out horrible place to work and I wouldn’t advise you to work here , all my life of working I’ve never been so disrespected in my life I just wanted to try a new field of work and I was really good at it but then all of that had to happen.

I have to say I don't even work here but I've heard alot of horror stories about this place. They DO NOT CARE about there employees. Their orientation video tells you to stay home if you have the sniffles and not to return till 24 hours hours symptom free. But that is not the case oh and God forbidd you get any illness. They make up their own rules as they go along. They do not wear gloves when mixing food and they also use strawberries that have gone bad that have mold on them and expired stuff in there cakes. So DO NOT eat their cakes. The Mangers do not care about anyone. Everyone is there for the paycheck but don't want to actually work. The employees are lazy and useless. 90 % don't know how to read or speak English just so the company can get a 30 % kickback for hiring them. And then wonder why they can't keep anyone good. To the GM hers a tip for you , High turn over rates isn't a good thing and your rating isn't good either. You need to clean that place out and get rid of the cancer in that place.

Why are we not able to give 0 stars!?This company is the WORST!!!!!!!!!Please do not support in ANY way. Do not apply for work here, do not purchase anything from here. The way this company treats its employees is DISGUSTNG. The way they regularly VIOLATE human rights and refuse to help their people is gross.They do however expect a 100% attendance policy or you will be fired(so illegal). They don't care about you or your family, the company always comes first. You are expected to never have an illness or emergency or will be punished LONG TERM.Their retention rates are so high for a reason!! Save yourselves from this miserable place but also the poor people who are still trapped there. DO NOT SUPPORT THE ORIGINAL CAKERIE EVER.HR and management should be criminally charged for violating laws and human rights the ways they have. And believe me, I'll be looking into that. DISGUSTING COMPANY ?
