Slow and got the order wrong.

Server forgot to even place my order to the kitchen. And it wasn’t busy at all. And then proceeded to not care or apologize.

Food is usually pretty good, atmosphere is nice and service is fast with an exceptionally nice wait staff. The only problem I have is that the staff is maybe a tad too laid back. There's been multiple times where we seem to have been forgotten about, tables are sticky and are sometimes missing drink menus or condiments. the biggest issues has to be the main manager. I've seen in other reviews as-well but he has a tendency to argue with customers and just be generally very rude. the most recent visit, my friend and I both ordered chicken sandwiches. mine was fine but his had some spots in it that look clear and pink. we called over our super friendly waiter who agreed that it looked off and that "she would've done the same thing". the manager came over a few minutes later and explained that it was "impossible" that it was undercooked because they are shipped to them precooked, which is fine. what isn't fine was the tone he took. he was very snippy and rude about the whole thing and didn't even offer us a remake or a discount or refund. Just not cool.

Terrible!!! The quality of the food is terrible, the service is terrible, the attitude of the manager is terrible! Waited almost an hour to get my food, and it wasn’t even busy at the time. Please hire a new manager and some new cooks
Great staff, terrible owner. ? his own son tryed to start a fight with my friend for no reason and we got kicked out and no money back for the drinks we just bought. Definitely a sue-a-ble franchise

Always good music and friendly staff. Food was not as good as I remember but for the friendly it's decent.
