Ordered a $6 ice cream cone and asked for a sample of another flavor for my partner, was told they don't offer samples. I've never heard of this before. Is this becoming the new norm in the industry? Seems pretty surprising considering the cost of the ice cream. Is 10 grams of ice cream on a spoon really causing too big a hit to profit margins when its $6 a cone? Inspite the long line up (AND very hot and humid day), the two girls were excellent in customers service and keeping the line moving. Lots of flavors to choose from. Well worth the wait. Debit and cash purchase available. Nice area to sit and enjoy.
Always a favourite outing for my elderly Mom and I. Great selection of flavours and a kiddy cone is satisfying with their larger than usual portions. Bring back the no sugar options please. Great little business for North London!
