We went to a pre-wedding party here last night and had such an amazing time! The owner Dean went above and beyond to make sure we were all well taken care of. My friend had a gluten allergy and he brought out gluten free dishes specifically for her. We were blown away with the hospitality! We 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! The food and service were out of this world – every dish was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless. They were not only extremely professional, but also so warm and lovely, which made the whole experience even more special. Dean is the absolute best!! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such an important day. We’ll definitely be coming back soon for birthdays and other events!

Had the absolute pleasure of hosting a surprise birthday party here. Everyone was so thrilled about the venue and the food. From the start, the owner Dean was very willing to help organize in any way possible, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. The entire team continued to make sure everyone was taken care of and was having an enjoyable time the whole evening. The assortment of appetizers we had were so flavorful, and the venison loin was a stand-out dish. Thank you for helping craft such an unforgettable experience!

Absolutely love dining at The Springs! Nestled in a beautifully renovated historic church, this place offers a warm, elegant vibe that makes every meal feel special . The menu features fresh, locally sourced ingredients—from farm to table—and the dishes are consistently flavorful and well-presented ().

The staff are welcoming and attentive, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere whether you come for a casual lunch or a cozy dinner. The live music adds a lovely touch on evenings, enhancing the overall ambiance . Ample complimentary parking and full accessibility make it easy for everyone to enjoy.

Highly recommend for farm-to-table cuisine, stylish surroundings, and superb service. A hidden gem in South London that’s perfect for date nights, family meals, or celebrating a special occasion. Will definitely be back!

Lots of parking and convenient location. Friendly attentive service and staff. Option to sit on the patio, but we chose us to sit inside. Good variety of items on the menu. Our food was timely and delicious. Recommended.

The Springs hosted us for a retirement party. We had the whole main venue to ourselves. We had great food and good drinks. Dean went out of his way to take photos for us and made sure we were always attended too throughout the night

Excellent Food! Excellent Service! Excellent Venue!

We had our 40-person wedding reception at The Springs and were thrilled by the experience.

The staff set up the main room just how we wanted, and the space looked beautiful! Dean was excellent and really helpful for planning. He made really good suggestions about how to handle the bar, dessert, etc.

We went with the Dinner Deluxe Plus menu and thought that it had a great number of options and they were all very delicious. The variety of drinks available was even better than we expected and our guests had a great time trying new beverages. There was a speaker and microphone available so we were able to play our own Spotify playlist and make speeches throughout the night.

Had we not already booked our ceremony venue, we would have considered doing both the ceremony and reception at The Springs as it was clear that Dean and his team are enthusiastic and prepared to handle everything. They made our wedding reception very easy and low-stress.

We would absolutely recommend Dean and his team at The Springs! We plan to be back for all of our anniversary dinners.

Made a birthday reservation a week ahead, for 5 people. Upon arrival we were informed that (despite the reservation) nothing was available in the main dining area. We were then lead down some flights of stairs into the bowels of a basement. Scuffed up walls, harsh neon lights, exposed / noisy plumbing and the stench of mildew and dirty bathrooms. We lasted about 5 minutes.

We were then given the option of outside. A seen-better-days partially covered deck with a view of a Chinese food restaurant sign, Spring Bank road traffic, dumpsters and 3 separate mismatched dollar store fake plastic plant panels. It was windy enough to blow wine glasses off the table.

When making the reservation we were informed that “anything on the menu can be made without garlic or onion”, an allergy for a member of the party. Of course, that wasn’t true on arrival.

When the owner (also the man who incorrectly thought that everything in his kitchen could be made without garlic or onion) did his schmooze round, we informed him of the many issues we’d faced. He said he’d look into the kitchen and basement stench. HE NEVER RETURNED UNTIL AFTER THE CHEQUE WAS PAID. Post meal he did return to say a) someone forgot to clean the bathrooms in the basement (WTF) and b)all the meat on the menu could be made non allergenic, you just couldn’t have any sauces or sides… just an unseasoned chunk of meat.

Food was decent, though over priced, and the staff was nice. Could not recommend less.
