This past Saturday my husband and I enjoyed his employers executive management Christmas dinner at The Springs. Wow…what an incredible evening of delicious food and drinks and festive celebrations. Toasting the company’s successes with a delightful Prosecco to start was on point. We enjoyed cocktails, wine and beer and moved on to some appetizers. We were treated to salmon on crostini with capers, bacon wrapped brussel sprouts, crab cake and arancini balls. Each one was flavourful and delicious. We each ordered off the menu which offers lots of local offerings. Entrees ordered included lamb shank, venison, chicken, duck and tenderloin. Each meal was plated beautifully and bursting with unique flavours and generous portions. Our evening was completed with a choice of crème brûlée or cheesecake…both absolutely mouthwatering. Many enjoyed after dinner aperitifs to round out a wonderful festive celebration. Alana , our server, was attentive, knowledgeable and a delight to take care of our needs. Dean was present throughout the evening to make sure our evening was perfect. Thank you to both of them, along with their team for making our evening so great. Looking forward to returning with friends to enjoy more of The Springs.

We went to a pre-wedding party here last night and had such an amazing time! The owner Dean went above and beyond to make sure we were all well taken care of. My friend had a gluten allergy and he brought out gluten free dishes specifically for her. We were blown away with the hospitality! We 100% recommend this restaurant to everyone!

We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! The food and service were out of this world – every dish was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless. They were not only extremely professional, but also so warm and lovely, which made the whole experience even more special. Dean is the absolute best!! Had the absolute pleasure of hosting a surprise birthday party here. Everyone was so thrilled about the venue and the food. From the start, the owner Dean was very willing to help organize in any way possible, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs.
