The food was hands down the most delicious I have ever eaten. The crispy tenderloin croquette with that rich, creamy sauce and deep black garlic flavour was unforgettable, and the fresh salad with burrata was perfectly balanced and full of flavour.

My husband and I come here every year for Valentine’s Day dinner and for our wedding anniversary which is one month after! We truly have a wonderful experience every time. The food is always on point and cooked perfectly. With the price of everything going up, especially food, I appreciate going to a restaurant and knowing I won’t be disappointed when I leave. We will continue to dine here for many years to come :)

We recently held a Celebration of Life at The Springs Restaurant. From the very first conversation, the team made what could have been a very stressful time feel calm and seamless. Dean was incredibly kind and very responsive throughout the planning process, and the entire staff showed genuine care and compassion on the day of the event.
