5 of us went in for dinner before the Lainey Wilson concert for dinner & a few drinks. When we sat down the waitress let us know of an automatic gratuity of 18% on tables of 5 or more which we said wasn’t a problem. She was lovely & treated us very well. Upon asking for our bills she let us know we could t split the bill 5 ways, when questioned about it she let us know it was because “they’re to busy” although it was an event night I wouldn’t say they were to busy to split a bill 5 ways, after working in the service industry myself I can say it does NOT take much longer to do so. We were very nice speaking with her when she said she was going to get the manager to see what he could do. Needless to say our experience would’ve been just fine if it was only the waitress we dealt with. When he came out he had 0 customer service skills, spoke to us like we were dirt under his feet. He had told us “the policy is RIGHT there in the menu but clearly you didn’t read it” not how you should speak to a table of women trying to have a nice experience in YOUR establishment. He then got a menu, threw it on the table in front of us & started raising his voice & continuing with the rude & angry tone. He told us we had 2 options, 1 was to pay it in full or 2 was to split it in half, & to pick one. If you have to take the time to split it in half you can split it 5 ways. They had an excuse that they only had 3 debit machines & it was to busy to give them to us, well if you’re that busy maybe invest in some more debit machines! Needless to say the manager was the rudest person I have EVER encountered & to run a business like that with absolutely ZERO respect & kindness to his costumers is absurd. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Would never recommend to anyone who wants a nice experience. & as far as his comment back to another person sitting at our table we were nothing but nice & polite to the waitress, student staff & hostess, we will gladly take our business elsewhere.
Popped in before a Knights game for a bite to eat. Lots of amazing staff that understand people are probably going to an event across the street so you’re not forgotten about. Burger was amazing, coldest beer ever!! Great vibe, cool place to hang out after a game. I’ll be back.

The manager was extremely unprofessional! Spoke to our table very aggressively and rude to a table full of women when asked to explain the restaurants 1 bill only for the table policy.
I will NOT come back… very disappointing because the food was good.

We came in for a drink & some apps before a concert we went to last night, we got in there. Took 10+ minutes for us to be greeted, when we were greeted the server didn't sound like she wanted to be there. We ordered our drinks & food at the same time as we were in a time crunch. I ordered a brickworks cider, and my husband ordered a margarita. She said oh, I don't know if we have brickworks I haven't seen that one in a while. Very rudely, there is another way to approach saying that. Then when we order our food she said they were out of the pretzels as they were SO busy all day. Never have I been to a restaurant that has been out of something. No problem, we got a flat bread. That took 15+ minutes, not an issue. When she brought it to us, we immediately asked for the bill so we could just head out when we were done. She comes with the machine, and the bill. I said I am paying with cash, still proceeds to wait there as I pull my cash out. Mind you - that is so unprofessional. Both my husband and I work in the restaurant industry, and never have been treated this way at a restaurant. She asks if we need change I said yes, then comes back rudely thinking we didn't tip her. Didn't say have a good night, nothing. Rolled her eyes & left. We left a tip, because it's still a standard thing to do. But did she deserve 15% absolutely not. This was our first time here and it definitely will be our last.

The Squire Pub & Grill has a great and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. While the menu isn't very extensive, everything we ordered was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The dishes were absolutely delicious, and you can tell they put effort into making each one. We will definitely be coming back!

Can't say enough good things about the Squire! Firstly, the people are welcoming and always accommodating. The food and drinks are always top notch. The Squire is greatly appreciated in the community sponsoring local teams and helped with my charity golf tournament providing breakfast for a group of 75 people. The best sports bar in town hands down!

On my first time visiting Canada, I stopped by the town of London. Right around the corner from the hotel I was staying at, was "The Squire". For the first time in my life I tried poutine, and I really liked it! This is a nice pub that has some very reasonably priced drinks (compared to the US). Liza provided a very comforting experience and carried a good conversation about anything. She also made a "surprise" pink drink that was really delicious! 10/10 will visit again!
