Stopped by this shop while visiting Canada for TennoCon, has some of the best tea I've ever had and I'm so upset that I won't be able to easily visit again! I'm blown away by how fragrant the tea is every time I open a bag to make a cup, and the flavors are so bold and delicious.
So far I've tried the Blend 1845, Duke of Earl, and Tea Haus Breakfast Blend, and can happily recommend all 3! So eager to try the rest of the blends I bought knowing how great my first cups have been!
The staff there were also great and more than happy to help weigh and ring up my embarrassingly large list of teas. Were eager to give suggestions and help pick out good blends, and were all-around lovely!
Will absolutely be looking into ordering from them online when I inevitably go through all the tea I bought and end up depressed by the fact.

So many teas. Just so many teas. I placed an online order for pickup and am so happy with what I got. The only downside I would say is it was a bit hard to find but that might have been more of a Google maps issue.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, providing incredibly detailed explanations to address any questions or uncertainties I had. Furthermore, it goes without saying that they offer an extensive selection of various teas. I acquired six different varieties and intend to return to procure more.

I’ve been trying to cut out caffeine and went in looking for some suggestions for an iced tea. They recommended a Mango tea (sorry I forget the name and it’s not in front of me, but I don’t want to forget to post this review!)
This is DELICIOUS with a shot of lemonade added. Absolutely incredible as always.

Thank you for the great service when I ordered some tea to be delivered to my home. I missed the first attempt at delivery. Sorry. I do appreciate you delivering a second time! I received my tea and currently I’m enjoying a cup of the free sample - vanilla bourbon rooibos. I’ll definitely order some next time!
I would say the loose leaf tea that I bought was actually pretty good, probably the best tea I have actually found to be honest but I haven't really tried other loose leaf teas. I just made the transition from tea bags to loose leaf once I found out I'm basically drinking microplastics every time I use a tea bag. The store is really disorganized and messy, and I feel out of place when I go there because there's not a lot of products that are affordable. A lot of the products are significantly overpriced. It's also not clear what the prices are on many of the items as they don't have price tags and the arrangement that was made on the shelf is very messy and disorganized. The service otherwise was pretty solid though. It's also just tight and crammed and congested in there, not a lot of space to move around.

Given the outstanding quality of the products, the prices are reasonable. My go-to store going forward for meaningful presents for my loved ones, friends, and myself.

The TH is where the family gets our authentic Sakura Sencha—the real deal. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about all sorts of teas even those I have never heard of. The price is fair and there’s opportunity to sample hot teas made fresh.
