Excellent customer service. The tea variety is incredible. For every ailment and to simply enjoy a peaceful tea time, there is at least one product available. Given the outstanding quality of the products, the prices are reasonable. My go-to store going forward for meaningful presents for my loved ones, friends, and myself.

The TH is where the family gets our authentic Sakura Sencha—the real deal. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about all sorts of teas even those I have never heard of. The price is fair and there’s opportunity to sample hot teas made fresh.

Bought 125$ of tea online.Delivery was very quick and all the black teas are great only complaint is the herbal/ fruit teas are a little weak.I don't personally like the fruit/ herbal teas anyways but my other family members enjoy them.
