Hidden gem in a neighborhood that I wouldn't walk alone at night. Owners are super friendly and patience.

Drinks were all very pleasant. Wanted to try their ice cream but they sold out.

They have a membership program where you get a free drink after 6 purchases.

Parking can be challenging in downtown area. They also have 2 claw machine for kids to try their luck.

Very rude customer service. The young lady on Wednesday night 11pm (July 30) was very rude.

I asked for recommendations- she didnt give any. I went ahead and chose Matcha latte which was so terrible. There was no matcha in Matcha latte. Tasted like raw milk with boba. And it was literally white in color. I wonder what matcha drink is white…?

Thankyou for refunding my money for this drink. But what’s astonishing is how the lady took the cup and slammed it into the bin. I don’t want the tea. But that was no way to act. Clear passive aggression for no reason.

Prolly if you’re person of color, you won’t be welcomed here.

Well, you may think this post is a whale of a tail without the photo, but I'll tell you that the Mango Slush was lovely. The cute ice cream whale that tops off the drink is a nice touch. Great service, lovely people who run the joint. 谢谢啊朋友们。

Drinks look so cute! Especially the slushes with the whale shape figure. Surprisingly their avocado smoothie tastes quite good! And I like the taste of their cocoa ice cream (tastes like asian chocolate flavour).

A cute place to do some work or hang out with friends. Also, the owners have a little girl that’s so cutee

The hong kong style milk tea is my favourite drink ever. The only bad part is that it doesn’t come in large.

The Whale Tea is an amazing place to stop, relax & treat yourself to a yummy refreshing drink! I absolutely love stopping there, I’ve tried most drinks and they are all good! Plus they have a loyalty program kinda thing where you can sign up with your email and when you go there you give your email, it checks off that you were there, ordering and giving your email gets you get a free drink after a few times going there and giving your email.
If you want a cute, refreshing, delicious strawberry drink, I definitely recommend trying the Strawberry slush with coconut jelly and you get a cute little whipped cream whale on top. *Plus, it’s served in the cutest clear plastic cat cup that you can wash and keep if you wanted!.*❤️
