I have tried two times to come recently, once at 8pm and once at 5pm both on days where they are meant to close at 12am and they have been closed. This is really disappointing when Google says they are open. Hours need to be updated daily if the establishment is going to close early so people don’t make the trip down

It was my first time here, and upon arrival, the interior was very nicely decorated. It was a little smaller compared to other bubble tea stores, but I assume this is normal being downtown.The young lady who took my order wasn’t very friendly and approachable. Instead, she looked like she did not want to be there which did not make me feel welcomed. Aside from that, I ordered the peach yogurt slush which to my surprise, came with a very cute cup and sago inside. The drink was very refreshing and delicious. The prices for the drinks were also reasonable and not too expensive. Overall, I would recommend this bubble tea shop if you’re downtown shopping, but be prepared for the unfriendly service.
The girl staff is so rude and bad attitude! She doesn’t welcome customers and give side eyes. She wears airpods while customers are trying to speak to her. She plays such loud music on repeat when my friends and I are trying to study. Please get better staffs….

This place advertise that they sell ice cream but they never have when you show up; so I decided to call ahead. The woman on the other end said, they don’t have ice cream today. Then I asked, when do you have ice cream? She said she doesn’t know and I should call ahead to check if I want ice cream. Weird? What kind of business is this?!
