The Works restaurant in downtown London is worth the effort finding parking.
Servers were fantastic! Friendly, timely, not over bearing, appropriately attentive, and genuinely cared about our enjoyment of the food and environment.
They have a really cool mini garage door that rolls up in the summer so if you're lucky, you can get a seat on that side of the restaurant and feel the breeze and see people walking by. It's awesome!
The menu has changed some since I was last there but servers went out of their way to still make my favourite chicken burger that wasn't on the menu anymore. Grilled chicken, cream cheese, grilled pineapple, hot peppers and lettuce. Delicious!
They have amazing beef burgers, veggie burgers, and breaded or grilled chicken. Many choices of sides from fries to cucumbers. All super fresh!
Don't go there without ordering the Tower of Onion Rings. Best onion rings in London!

So delicious. I had the Tragically Maple with fries and, although on the sweet side, it was very much to my liking. Very generous portions and friendly waitress. I also had a Power House Cream Ale and really enjoyed it too. By the way the homemade chips are very yummy!!

Its my 4th time coming to The Works and daymmm its great. That Elk burger had me spinning like a deer lol. Thank you Amy for being our great waitress, this girl has a nice energy and great costume service that I thought she owned the restaurant. Totally recommend go get that burgaaaaa

I went to this restaurant with my husband, and we had a great experience overall. I ordered a chicken sandwich with tomato and avocado — it was absolutely delicious. The bread was fresh and flavorful, and the chicken was juicy and well-seasoned. Everything came together perfectly.
For dessert, we shared a Nutella milkshake, and it was amazing — rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. I also had a glass of red wine sangria, which, unfortunately, wasn’t my favorite. It lacked flavor and didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the meal.
Still, everything else more than made up for it. The service was excellent — very friendly and attentive — and the spring weather made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back!
