Overall great atmosphere and service is spectacular.
We were regular visitors but disappointed with a few changes
First world issues I agree but the buns have become 3rd best and they removed certain cheese from the menu that have made our burgers less desirable and lastly , the spicy potato chips have changed, not as great as they use to be.

Amazing burgers yes you can choose the suggested type name burgers, but really you can choose your bun, type of meat, toppings and sauce. Fries are really good especially the poutine.

Although the service was fantastic, our burgers were far from. The beef patties tasted frozen and processed, rubbery and hardly any flavour to them. Bacon was overcooked as well. Honestly have bought better patties from the frozen food section in the grocery store.
I would have been dissapointed paying $8.00 for these burgers let alone over $20+
Safe to say we will never be going back, 5 guys it is.

The Works restaurant in downtown London is worth the effort finding parking.
Servers were fantastic! Friendly, timely, not over bearing, appropriately attentive, and genuinely cared about our enjoyment of the food and environment.
They have a really cool mini garage door that rolls up in the summer so if you're lucky, you can get a seat on that side of the restaurant and feel the breeze and see people walking by. It's awesome!
The menu has changed some since I was last there but servers went out of their way to still make my favourite chicken burger that wasn't on the menu anymore. Grilled chicken, cream cheese, grilled pineapple, hot peppers and lettuce. Delicious!
They have amazing beef burgers, veggie burgers, and breaded or grilled chicken. Many choices of sides from fries to cucumbers. All super fresh!
Don't go there without ordering the Tower of Onion Rings. Best onion rings in London!
